I was in the kingsway retail park in Dundee to look for a new leather sofa. We decided to start at oak furniture land because that's where we parked. After hearing good things from other people. But as soon as we entered the store there was a lady standing waiting. We had not even started walk past any items when she jumped on us and asked if we were looking for anything in particular. We immediately said no we just want to look, instead of just saying ok I'll let you look she proceeded to press on why we were in store. Had we seen anything online, what is it we are looking for. To say we felt pressured straight away is a understatement. Then even though we said we just want to look again started saying they gave a sale ending this weekend and that we can get interest free finance. But forward considering we had only just entered the store. Then had the cheek to say her name is Margaret and say that this store won't bother you or follow you around just made us laugh as already in space of 1 minute she has asked about 5 questions. She tried telling us to go upstairs but at this point had just had enough of how forcefully she was and just left. Ended up finding a lovely 3 and 2 seater sofa in next store we went to. Beware if you want a good experience and not to be bothered as soon as walking in then stay clear .

Excellent stock, ambience, and staff.
Explained to salesman that we wanted to browse freely. This we did and I asked the salesman if I could have a cup of tea or water, as I'd been out all morning and basically was becoming stressed. He said we don't provide tea, however I will make you a cup. This gesture by the salesman made my decision to buy from the store. Cheers Tom.
Can only feedback on buying experience as not experienced product or after service yet. But store experience excellent, helpful , informative and friendly, not rushed or influenced.

The showroom was set out beautifully. Not cramped or overwhelming. The staff were friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable about their products. A nice relaxed experience without pressure to buy.
We liked the range of sofas on view. We are really pleased with the suite we have chosen. The salesperson was charming and very helpful. Shopping was a pleasant experience!
Andrew our salesman was very helpful and was able to find us the pieces of furniture that we wanted. Even when they were not in the showroom. We were very pleased with how he made the purchase easy without being pushy and invasive

The service in store was very good. I dealt with the assistant manager. He was helpful without being pushy. The delivery time was quick and everything he said would happen did happen. The delivery men were excellent. They took off their shoes and were very careful with my other furniture. They even covered my table with their gloves to put their cup down so as not to cause ring marks. Definitely 10/10 for the whole service. Thank you!
We received excellent service. And although the internet went down half way through the order, Gary told us he'd call us later when the order was completed, for payment. Which he did.
