I love the way every time there’s a problem they send this automatic response to all unhappy customers Just so they’re seen to be responding. Very poor service, absolutely no back up at all. I’ve actually repaired my table now which took about 20 minutes! Thanks for such incredible service and an outstanding level of insurance cover Oak Furniture, NOT! Never will I spend with this outfit again. Thankyou for your response, if only the effort to reply was equal to the effort to rectify my problem and issue we wouldn’t be where we are today. You failed to support me and my family when I asked on numerous times and countless times on hold for hours without any positive outcome. I will now continue with my product (which I have repaired myself) so the insurance you sell is nothing more than a front to take my money and leave me high and dry. I don’t need another automated response from Oak Furniture Land thank you. The range and quality of the furniture is is extremely good. A member of staff greeted us when we entered the store and said he would leave us to browse but to call him if we needed help. Just the kind of approach I like. Chra was really helpful and we bought a beautiful sideboard.
Customer service experience was excellent.
We should really wait for the delivery and goods so we can review the entire process but thought we had a great experience buying and would review again when we receive our purchases. Store itself had plenty of options all at good prices!!! Can’t wait to see the items we purchased in our home
No pressure from tge on floor sales staff and very proficient in putting my order on the system.
We walked in and was greeted by tom f , who told us how things worked and left us to browse . No hassle, when we needed help he was there and explained everything perfectly. Would definitely visit the show room again . We also visited, 2 other furniture shops at Crystal peaks ,and we was hassled from the moment we walked in .
The member of staff we dealt with was lovely. He gave us all the information we needed without being pushy (I would have walked out if staff had tried to persuade me to buy a sofa!). He was very attentive and checked in regularly with us while we were in store. We wanted to think about our decision over lunch and again he was very understanding. We did then go back into store and purchase 2 sofas.

We are delighted with the dining table, chairs and sofa that we recently purchased from Oak Furnitureland. As an added bonus, our delivery date was brought forward and our items were delivered and installed by Kevin & Charlie. They were both very professional, courteous and provided a 5 star service.
The sales man wasn't pushy, he didn't follow us around, but he was always available if we had any questions. He was a really knowledgeable and personable guy. It was just because of him that we decided to buy from Oak Furnitureland rather than visit the other 5 furniture stores in that retail park.
Small problem with stitching on sofa. Exchange no problem, all very professional. Recommended
