The system keeps moving of my chosen server to somewhere else no idea as I cannot find where it has gone to as well as making my internet stall. So I have to keep re-choosing my preferred server and turning NordVPN off to get my internet connection back. Any idea why this is happening please?

Rinnovi automatici indesiderati con aumenti fino a 5 volte il prezzo dell'ultima sottoscrizione. Addebiti multipli per lo stesso rinnovo. Assistenza INESISTENTE UOMO AVVISATO ...

I had a problem getting my new Wifi printer to work to my laptop, running Win11. I raised a ticket with Nord, who were very helpful and quick to respond. It took a couple of goes, but their resolution was successful, and all is now working perfectly. My thanks to the team for their understanding of my problem and their very prompt and helpful replies.

Support is great, the problem was solved very easily. I thought it was unsolvable, but the support resolved my issue with such ease. I am extremely satisfied.

Ich hatte den Dienst für ursprünglich 3,xx € monatlich abonniert. Im zweiten Jahr wird mein Girokonto auf einmal mit dem fünffachen Kosten belastet (incl. MwSt: 214,06€). Gerne kann mir NordVPN eine Antwort schreiben welche zusätzlichen Leistungen oder Verbesserungen in ihren Augen eine Preiserhöhung von 3,xx€ auf über 17,-€/ Monat rechtfertigen. Man sollte doch annehmen, dass das Unternehmen die User vor den Gefahren des Netzes schützen möchte. Und: Natürlich ist es meine Schuld die Mails mit der Ankündigung nicht gelesen zu haben haben. Das Unternehmen machte Aufgrund des Auftritt und der seriösen Werbepartner auf mich einen guten Eindruck und ich wäre mit einer seriösen Preisanpassung einverstanden gewesen.

J’ai rencontré un problème d’activation de l’outil NordVPN, suite à une mauvaise manipulation de ma part. Les intervenants Clara Casado et Miguel Fernandez m’ont aidé à le résoudre avec courtoisie et rapidité par échanges de mail.

The installation of NordVPN shrewd up my Windows 11 on my Dell laptop in such a way that it became impossible to access the internet through WiFi and I'd to take the PC to BestBuy to have all data taken off, Windows 11 reinstalled, and to have the data copied back on.

The Windows app is terribly optimized. It consumes significant system resources even when idle or not in active use. Very disappointing.

Customer support responded quickly to my enquiry. Their questions regarding the problem, and suggestions for how to resolve it, were very clear and easy to follow. I can’t fault their service. Excellent.

I had a problem with my download speed, Tech support helped me to run tests and eventually remove and download fresh edition of VMP, I was helped by four different techies to make things right.

Plus aussi bon qu’avant. Ça bug beaucoup, ne fonctionne pas dans certains sites alors qu’avant, ça fonctionnait. Ça fait souvent bugger notre connexion internet. Je ne recommande plus

Easy to use, with automatic reconnect, lots of servers worldwide. Lots of built in protection for peace of mind when connected to the net. Worth the money.

Technology is great when it works but maddening when it doesn’t. Having exhausted the limited resources of myself and my husband I turned to Nord’s customer service. Within three emails that explained the situation and provided pertinent information to assess the issue we were once again able to login to their great product. We won’t do anything on a computer without Nord in place. Chat bots whether human or AI are a waste of time. I believe that the three individuals that I interacted with were actually human which is how it should be. Thank you.
