Ant & Jason were absolutely fabulous. They waited for 3 hours outside my house as they were really early for delivering my amazing new headboard. I explained that I was in work and I had to pick my son up from school. They were totally relaxed and said that’s fine we will wait for you. Really lovely gentlemen and a pleasure to deal with. Your staff are so efficient and helpful. My order arrived within a few days beautifully packed and returning one item was so easy. Shopping at Neptune has been a great enjoyable experience.
I called the Delivery Team when our order didn’t turn up having had to cancel appointments and wait in all day. I was told they’d call me back in the morning with an update. This didn’t happen. It did arrive the next day and was left by the door. Not the best service but nice product when it arrived.

Excellent service. Very pleased that having paid for delivery and installation of the Coniston bed, that although we are not ready as we are still renovating the house the delivery people have left the bed packaged in boxes and will come back to put it together for us when we are ready, so thank you for thus. Much appreciated. We had to buy the bed now as it is being discontinued.

Delivery took about 4 months for 1 small item, this happened both times I have ordered there
I have tried to engage with customer experience team since last August eventually got email from a manager looking for photos of 3 sofa’s & 2 arm chairs both discoloured so badly I had already sent photos to the customer service team , have had no reply from manager since he received photos in November .. the best advice up to that is get a local upholsterer to recover would you recover with fabric that failed after 4 years ??? How can I get assistance that represents the brand honourably?
