There is a learning curve with most anything. Solar fits in that category. Tech support was very friendly and helpful.
Good quality and shipped immediately. I did have a few questions and they were right there to help.
Product arrived poorly packaged and front screen busted out with loose screws and bolts
It was easy to navigate through the website. We received our items in a timely fashion. A couple of small dents on the metal frame of the solar panels from rough shipping handling(I would assume) There were no directions in the box for the pump set up. There was no hardware to mount the solar panels and no directions on "how to mount solar panels correctly. We had to go to home depot.Thankfully my husband is handy.
I got from you a panel solar mount that came with an error of drilled holes on the metal, the winged nuts can not be adjusted on the metal were should be, I had to drill new holes in the other side for fitting.

Currently running with one Missouri Confederate 500 Watt 7 Blade Wind Turbine and a Digital All In One Charge Controller for 3-Phase and DC and am extremely pleased with my system. The output that I am getting...at 20 mph winds you are charging batteries or you could be producing ac for your home with a M.W.S. grid tie inverter. I have done my research and Missouri Wind Solar will be there for all my needs.

this order was a nightmare . from what I understand it was shipped without a proper address. its not like its my first order I called in the order and gave the address .However the package was not labeled correct. now it will take close to 2 weeks to get what should have arrived in 4 or 5 days. I m just not happy with how long it took to get this order, it cost a lot. I hope it arrives in good condition.
