The goods that I got from you are what I really expected, but you folks in the USA have a big problem if you want to export more goods. The taxes into Europe are equal as what the goods cost, that’s a big problem that you folks have to address to Trump ?. The goods that are imported from USA are taxed to the maximum level, as much as the goods cost tem selves. If this barrier it’s not eliminated, goods from USA are out of reach in Europe. We have to pay taxes over here as much as the goods cost in the USA. It’s far easier import goods from China than from the USA.

wait time and shipping cost plus handling cost could be lower

The product came in a timely manner. The two products that I ordered were well wrapped in bubble wrap as well as a very sturdy cardboard box. The product was in excellent shape and both products were what I had ordered. I would purchase again from them. I have emailed them a question before my purchase and the email was returned in a very timely manner and their explanation was very helpful.

The wind turbine system I got from you is working magic in Africa, battery load of (12v) has never fallen bellow 11v. System supplies 24/7 and performance is great.

I like the product, But it was not delivered as requested. UPS does not deliver to USPS Post Office boxes! The UPS Driver asked in town about me and I got a phone call and drove to town to get my package because I live on a dirt road in the swamp. That is why i requested USPS to handle delivery. He had been looking for me last Friday but I didn't get delivery until Tuesday. Thank You, Timothy Anderson

Brian really did me well. I had a specialty order close to the full kit for pond aeration, but didn't need the entire package. He broke it down and got me exactly what I needed and shipped it right away. Great service, and BTW my prior single-panel aerator is fantastic in a 1.5 acre pond!

Not quite complete understanding of their product specifications, but helpful trying to get that information for me. Bit of a delay processing order, but items arrived on time. items installed and working.
