The customer service is just above average. They will get back with you but promptly but they don't seem to be in a big hurry to send out replacement parts. I would have went 5 stars but I actually placed a separate order 2 days AFTER taking with them about a problem and receive the order about 5 days BEFORE the replacement part. I had to call and email them several times to get things rolling again. They are friendly and eventually fix the problem its just slow (Which can be frustrating when everything is sitting on the work bench waiting to be finished). the products I have received are great and work well (with a few minor hiccups)

Even though Missouri Wind and Solar is expensive on some products, I consider dealing with the company as of great value. The one thing I like best about Missouri Wind and Solar is its customer service practice. Nowadays when you call up a company for anything, you are most likely to speak to a machine. And getting to talk to a person can actually take a lot of time if you ever get to be successful at finding somebody on the other line. With Missouri Wind and Solar, it's very different. It does not take long at all to speak to someone. I have spoken to two individuals within a week and they are very competent to provide guidance and advice. I find them very nice and courteous too. So I wholeheartedly give the company a five-star mark which they deserve.

The buying experience was great. No issues. Product arrived within a week. The product itself...not as good as the buying experience. Product was very poorly constructed. It appears to work, but the inner workings were not connected to the housing. Who uses hot glue on polycarb and expects it to stick? Plus the tiny screws came out. I have had two experiences. At both times M W&S had great customer service. I changed an invoice, a shipping address and they were courteous and accommodating.

Called Brad to verify parallel connection to three 100 watt panels for no battery pond aireation.. He said to connect in series, I did and inverter does not function. Directions on your web site say do not connnect in series. I sent photos and email to Brand with explanation 2 weeks ago. No response. Ordered another inverter. I want to return faulty inverter for full refund. I am still anticipating purchase another complete 300 watt system.

I ordered a 12 volt 200 watts dc submersible heater and they send me a 24 volts 600 watts one, this is stupid. know i have to pay for more shipping and handling to get my money back, i will advise you that unless you live near their location, don't bother to buy from them, their fulfillment and shipping department sucks.
