My only complaint is that my ceedit card was rejected because my billing address is different than my shipping address. I’m sure I’m not the only the only rural customer that does not have access to residential mail delivery. Just a suggestion. Sam was great!

I bought the 80 Liter Pond Aeration Box kit and one solar panel. Everything seems good quality and was shipped quickly. Instructions are minimal, I had to watch the video again, but it wasn't too difficult to figure out. Problem - it doesn't work like in the video. In full sun it turns on for about 10 seconds, provides great aeration, shuts off for about a minute then recycles back on for 10 seconds. I called customer service / tech support, got the voicemail and left a message .... never got a call back (not happy about that). After going back to the video and website I realized I bought the wrong one by my mistake. I wanted the smaller 40 liter kit which is supposed to run on one solar panel. The 80 liter kit needs 2 panels. I ordered another panel on Amazon, $20 cheaper and no shipping cost. I'm hoping this will fix my problem. OK, now I have two solar panels attached. It runs continuous in full sun, cycles off & on with morning / evening sun (and clouds). Overall provides good aeration. I replaced the 80 with a 40 liter pump; same amount of aeration bubbles, but the pump stays on even with clouds. I would recommend the 40 liter kit with two solar panels.

My order was not processed in a timely manner. I was told the employee that took my order did not process the order. The employee apparently left the company and my order dropped. I called about 3 weeks later to find out what happened and my order was then processed.

Communication before the sale and very helpful with the product decision. The pond aeration kit is top notch. The only reason for the 4 stars is because i had a damaged (chipped) box. I was instructed to file a claim with UPS and handle it myself. Since then there has been no communication unless initiated by me. I’m still stuck with a chipped plastic box lid. Other than that, it would have 5 stars.

the product i still will check but my questions were not being answered properly.....or not answered att all.....i bought in doubt...
