I am new to wind technology, and I had questions, when you are new to something, its hard to use the correct terminology to ask questions, but the sales person took his time to understood what I was asking, and explained what I needed in simple language that I could understand. I would recommend Missouri Wind and Solar to anyone who was interested.

Salesperson was great and very knowledgeable. Answered all my questions. I would have given 5 stars but there were no assembly instructions for the pole mount and no wiring diagrams as promised..

Best price for 100 watt panel. Fast service, very informative web site. I like when items are packaged together so I don't have to make multiple orders or keep searching for a controller to fit the panel. I will order again from them to scale up my system.

I am very satisfied not only with the equipment we purchased but the customer service we received was next to none. We even got a phone call from Brian while he was on vacation just to see if everything was good. . Good job everyone!!!!! Recommend you give these guys a try very very knowledgeable 👍

Initial experience good. Sales person very helpful. Return of damaged merchandise too difficult requiring photos and authorization. Unit itself even more crudely built than shown in the photos. Much exposed wiring and terminals. Will need to figure out a way to hide these since there is no room to use the NEMA box suggested by them.

Shipping was fast, and customer service was awesome. My respsenstive was Sam and he was extremely good with his customer, and I was more than happy with his service. I live in the USA Virgin Islands and my product was ship on a Monday and had received withing three business day. Happy Customer😊😊

Ordered a wind turbine and charge controller. Was happy that my ordered indicated a delivery day estimate, and planned some my travel (to install the new items) for about 5 days after delivery. Nothing indicated backorder or any anticipated problems. Delivery date came & went, but I still had not received anything; no order or no e-mail indicating any delay... I contacted customer service, but all I got was some lame apologies. Then I told AND e-mailed them to hold off on shipping as I would be traveling. No one seems to talk to each other there, so wouldn't know; the item arrived at my place while I was gone. Luckily UPS had it on their truck a few more days, soI did receive my order (but it could have been sent back if I wouldn't have been home in time). Once I unboxed my order I discovered that there were incomplete instructions for the charge controller. E-mailed customer service again for better instructions, but have not received a reply for the past 10 days. I do hope that their products are more trustworthy than their customer service - so far I am very much NOT impressed with that....
