DC Element did not work very good and when I asked Technical support the explanation was not the same as what is on the web site. The seal that was provided also leaked. Tried today to ask for help and all I got was voice mail.
The roof mount is the best thing out there, thank you for a good wind turbine mount.

I bought a controller from them, but to return it because it arrived damaged Imust do it directly thru the supplier in China. Making the process very difficult . Easy to buy, hard to return. The manufacturer will not cover the product if it was damage in shipping.

After slabs were poured and pipes were fabricated for our two wind turbines, as we went to install we found that the two 180 Amp 6 Wire Slip Rings were not packaged despite being on the manifest. Immediately calling Missouri Wind and Solar to rectify this situation we were informed that since it took more than 60 days to receive the wind turbines which were on backorder before we poured the foundations and had the pipes made. That their anti-consumer policy, is that once shipment has been received after 30 days they will no longer make any attempts to fix their own errors. Meaning you can purchase this planning to install after a vacation and they can not send you anything they want, and supposedly not have to send products you paid for. This has lead my start-up to have to seek legal council, in which we will have to consent to all houses owned by not only the company but the three employees to be searched for the products by local authorities to prove it didn't arrive. After this has proven we didn't receive the products, we can start legal proceedings. Thankfully our lawyer is willing to take this for free, and will take the 70 dollars in slip rings and add on a few thousand to pay for the search and itemization of everything we own to confirm that the slip rings were not shipped. Which will be a few thousand dollars extra into the charges, plus lawyer fees. Response to Missouri's post: If you think were trying to bully you let me ask you a question. How did you try to work with us. Lets see "Well, you can buy the product you allready purchased, maybe we can get you a sales discount." You failed to deliver paid for goods. If you think your a small company, were 3 people. You are attempting to bully the customer into paying for allready purchased products a second time, because they are a small company not worth your time to make a situation right. I hope this isn't how you treat all customers. But with your ignorance in your reply, I take it you probably do. Should be be looking into a class action? Another Update: Wow, just found out all of the other problems with the company. There's allot of complaints on this company. Google them before you purchase anything from them. We are giving this company 7 business days to make the situation right, in which we will update our rating and let you know if they made it right. Update 2: We were emailed by someone stating they were mwands legal representative. Our lawyer advised going through paypal, once we found that this is someone pretending to be a lawyer and misrepresenting them with no licence to practice law. They lied to paypal about the method of purchase, I called on phone, they said through website. They also changed their ToS which has several parts of it that are against standing law. Which even if ToS was a proper click through, which it isn't, no U.S. Citizen can be forced into a contract that violates standing law making the ToS null and void. They changed it to 12 hours from receipt. In which I received it late in the day, after their closing time. And would not of been able to contact them before they were open again. There are other problems that have escalated this from failure to deliver, to full fraud. Its not my attorney that will be bothering with this anymore. The appropriate federal agencies will be handling this form of fraud.
