I ordered the charge controller on Oct. 9th. I finally called about it today the 22nd. And you shipped it today. You should give better service then this.

MWandS were helpful and provided me with the materials I needed and were the products they said they would be shipping. My only problem was after I accepted the quote for the materials I was then sent another invoice for the shipping. Upfront information on the shipping should be provided.

A novice with electric. Retired city guy with a inherited small farm. Sam B. has answered my queries as I have bought installed - solar pond aeration kit, mounted a solar panel on a 2011 Polaris EV and a 1965-ish golf cart, and in process of finishing a freedom II/solar combo kit on a metal pole barn. This place is more dangerous?fun to visit than the tool aisle in a hardware store. Farm almost to the Iowa line about 6 miles outside of Grant City MO

The product works well, was delivered quickly, was easy to install and price is competitive. The online information about their products is inaccurate to their detriment. The online information did not technically agree with the information provided by the sales representative This required many days of communication before I felt comfortable I was buying the correct product.

I called MWS for pricing on wind gen charge controller. In so doing I asked for advice and based on that advice I made the purchase of wind gen chg ctrl and power dump ckt. The equipment arrived as advertised and in perfect shape. I installed the equipment and had it running in one day. I plan to return to my cabin soon to check the operation of the equipment. If TRUSTPILOT asks me for a follow up report I will let you know how the equipment is operating. So far I am very satisfied with the order, receipt, installation and operation of the equipment. I did not give a 5 star because I need to do follow up on the extended test of the equipment.
