The UPS shipping was great!! AMAZON shipping was horrible because my products came in all beat up. The quality of the products that I ordered were spot on ! Construction was great, instructions from Jeff is very simple to follow and hookup the solar and wind generator to the control panel system..

The staff have been very helpful to me regarding my solar powered pond aerator.

Totally screwed up my order. Sent the wrong turbine fan then punished me by making me drive a special trip of 75 miles to return THEIR screw up before they would correct it. No discount or reimbursement for additional costs to me. Not very happy

I was buying for someone I consider my dad so I had to go back and forth calling so many times asking so many questions and also changing so many times the order but not even once I was treated wrong or with a bad mood.
