I would of given zero out of five if it was an option. This company are a CON!! Be warned, they will give you a great price, make an appointment, appraiser will arrive on time but then ... this is where it all goes downhill. You will be offered a price way below you original valuation. My car is showroom condition and very, very low mileage with not a scratch on it. One of the common excues is prices are due to drop significantly. Shame they didn't know that 1 day ago??? You are better going with someone who is honest upfront. It appears they play on the fact you are desperate for the cash. Please, please do not deal with these con artists. I've just wasted one hour of my life!!!

Impressed with the speed...made an appointment and sold my car within a couple of the days. The vehicle inspector, Bashir, was really helpful. Called me to let me know he was on the way, showed his badge at the door and answered all my questions. Car was sold on the day, really happy with the service!
Easy to organise and quick pick up. Only thing is that the bank details could be confirmed to save standing about in the cold when they come to pick up the car

Took the morning off and the appointment was cancelled, second visit went ahead, the gentleman was very professional. They had me hook line and sinker- knocked £1k off the initial price offered for 2 stone chips on the bonnet, just really scummy company, scrapping profits. Unethical company will not recommend or use again. Very disappointing marketing ploy to real people in.
Don't waste your time!! First valuation £10,935 booked appointment for someone to come out. Just to be told final price £9,200. Nothing to do with condition of the car was just told it's expecting a cap valuation drop. What a waste of time!!

Needing to sell my mother in law's car, I looked at the usual players in this market, rather than opting for potentially lengthy private sale. Ended up choosing to list through Carwow. The whole process is very easy and straightforward. Once the listing ended (same day) I had three offers and took the best which was Money4YourMotors. They were immediately in touch, really helpful with making the appointment to come and view, and all the information I needed to know. On the day, the guy who was coming to see us rang and asked if we could move the appointment earlier which was very helpful and turned up on the dot. Not sure if I can mention names but I will do - Kieran arrived and was so friendly, helpful, explained the whole process. We had a good gossip during the short test drive and whilst waiting for the head office to come back with a firm offer. He had a good look round the car, took a pile of photos and asked a couple of questions. He even noted a fault in the bonnet and fixed it! The offer arrived in about 10 minutes, I thought it was a good one as did my mother in law, then we went through the documentation process - all electronic and via email. The whole process was just over the hour from arrival to money in the bank. Really happy with this company and do not hesitiate in recommending.
