Only given 1 star because zero isn't an option. What a complete bunch of timewasters. Gave them my car details online and they quoted me £5620 subject to them checking its all ok. A guy came out to check over the car and its condition etc. The car is mint so found nothing of note wrong with it. Went back to the office for the final price and it was £4500!! The reasoning being that this model and being an auto hasn't done well at the auction in recent months. They knew the make, model and everything last week when they quoted the price. Absolutely ridiculous. I can only surmise that they quote an ok price to get the foot in the door, and once people are in the mindset to sell, hit them with a low offer and hope they are either so resigned to selling they accept, or are preying on people desperate for cash. I strongly advise not wasting your time with these people like I have just done.

If you are looking to sell your car I would recommend money4yourmotors. Paul visited to inspect the car prior to a formal offer. He was professional and explained the procedure and what he was doing throughout the visit. The offers was good. A little lower than The online offer but that was to be expected. Excellent service. I would recommend to anyone and use again.

Had an offer made which I thought was perfect and knew they would deduct some money as this is what they do. Had off of £7145 then then called to say I cannot have that price it’s £6500 pre inspection… they came inspected my car and came back with £5700. My car is in amazing condition apart from the alloys, 1 dent and a few age related scratches! They then said I wasn’t a car wow customer which is incorrect…. The valuer also damaged my car when and denied doing this! I was made out to be a liar!! Money grabbing! Bad experience and full of bad excuses

He arrived on time. James is incredibly polite and helpful. He very clearly (and patiently!) explained the process of the sale of my car. He answered all my questions fully. I was very confident and comfortable working with James as he was so professional. Everything went well and I was delighted with the service!
