Absolute joke and waste of my time!!! Offered £11180 for my car when the appraiser came he could only offer £5800 (price he was given from “the office”) even he was astounded. AVOID WASTING YOUR TIME

Very unprofessional, time wasted. Appraisal told me to take my own car for test drive while he waited with his car - didn’t want to get a ticket on his car. What’s the point in me taking my own car for a test drive on my own? That tells me they already had a fixed price in mind. In the end they tell me he can’t sell it V5 had stamp over the address but my name and address is on the inside? So stupid and unprofessional. Hated every second of that time wasting experience

James White, was very professional, and went out of his way to get me a better price than offered. Very happy with the transaction would use again No one told me that my finance company wouldn’t be able to verify payment for 3-5 days, I took the offer on the assumption that I would be able to go get a new car today. Had this been made clear I would have waited until Thursday and took the other offer that o had that was £400 higher.
