I bought the Miniml 5l Hand Soap Liquid Refill from Amazon (Prime) to mitigate the £5 delivery charge, otherwise the product price was the same as that offered directly by Miniml. However, the Amazon images are somewhat misleading and suggest that a pump is included which it is not. This nearly derailed the start of what I hope to be a promising journey with Miniml. However, a diligent member of the Miniml Customer Service Team, Harriet, did manage to salvage the situation. I have since ordered a pump directly from Miniml, as decanting the liquid from such a large and heavy bottle is challenging. However, as I am waiting for the pump to arrive, I cannot provide a review on the product itself, only my experience of dealing with Miniml guiding me through a confusing array of products.

The order arrived quickly. I was disappointed however in the smell, which I personally did not find to be very nice. Also I think it is Very overpriced for the amount of cleaning liquid. If it was concentrated and have day 3 or 4 refills, fine. But for straight up spray on wipe off the cost is outrageous.

Easy ordering system and swift dispatch. Item was well packaged in recyclable materials. We've used the liquid hand soap and rinseaid for many years now and having bought in bulk this time, we are keen to try the rinse and return closed loop system with the containers.

Lovely products and choice whilst great for the planet

Placed an order on the 14th September have heard nothing since. Emailed on 2 different email addresses and Instagram but no reply. I just want to know when my order will be dispatched. I use the products for my eco cleaning business and I'm running out fast! I love the products but the customer service/delivery times are terrible, so much so that this will be my last order and I will find an alternative

I have made the mistake of purchasing miniml toilet cleaner through Amazon. I have 3 loos and could only order 2 bottles at a time, so I sent for 4 bottles and a large refill. 3 bottles were delivered damaged, so I returned 2, kept 1 usable bottle and refilled from the broken one when it was empty. I have rung the company to ask for two empty bottles to use the large refill, but they have declined as I bought through Amazon. My choices are to buy more from Amazon which is not successful to date, buy more from them; costing me £3.99 postage (or spend £60 for free postage) or drive over 8 miles to buy another two bottles. Not very ecologically sound at all, not very flexible and certainly an awful customer experience. Back to the drawing board! Great in principle but the reality for me is not acceptable

Good range of products and available in sizes which aren't readily available on the high street.

I really wanted to like the laundry liquid and fabric conditioner but after using it a few times I'm disappointed. Average cleaning capability and it doesn't leave my washing smelling good. The delivery was quick and communication from minimal was brilliant, unfortunately the product is just not for me

Great product but delivery does Take quite a while and you just have to hope it actually turns up! Edit: I've had to downgrade my review as it's still not arrived and I ordered it on the 20th September! Tracking doesn't work and no communication back from Miniml even after I got in touch. So disappointed I'm going to have to look elsewhere to get my cleaning products. Update: After a while I did get a response, and turns out Royal Mail lost my package, they did give me a discount code for a new order and refunded me, I decided to try and give it one more go and it arrived very quickly! Much happier with my experience now.

I had plans to use this company for all my future cleaning products and made my first order without any problems. Then I received notification that I had unwittingly, subscribed to a further order that was due to be shipped to me. I then messaged twice & emailed to cancel before it was delivered, but got no reply. The item was then delivered damaged !! I have sent further emails and phoned with no response whatsoever. Would not recommend ! Service is Terrible ! Would give it no stars if I had the option !!
