Excellent service. Took a little longer than expected to arrive but worth it. Smells lovely. I only like natural things and this fits the bill perfectly. Box damaged but expected that from Royal mail.

Items arrived well packaged. The toilet cleaner is very good with a fresh smell. The clementine hand wash is also very good as is the apple washing up liquid. Thank you!

The Miniml white vinegar cleaners are great. I use them to descale the kettle, remove wine stains and all sorts of other cleaning jobs. Give it a try- you won’t be disappointed.

Order took ages to arrive, no contact from the company but their products are great. Found buying from Amazon was cheaper than buying direct and given the poor experience there is no benefit to buying direct at all.

I have been a customer of Miniml for a while now. I discovered them in a local retail store that was in walking distance from my home - but when they moved to somewhere I would have needed to drive to and pay for parking, I decided to see if I could buy direct - and I'm so glad I did. I buy 5 litre refills of most household cleaning products which works out cheaper for me. I have a little refill station of my own in the garage. I love that I can send all the empties back free for them to be used again. And the quality of the products is brilliant. They are always great at communicating with customers and responsive to feedback.

Very disappointed at shipping times/costs. I am 10 days post ordering and still have not received my items, unlikely to place any further orders due to this.

Really like to use the one with scent. I clean a lot and my house has a stainless steel and silver finish and it cleans it wonderfully.

I found the web site not very user friendly. I wanted refil packs, but you had very few of these and I already have enough bottles.

So far so good with the laundry detergent but very poor detail on the container, it says in publicity for low temperature but no chart showing temperatures and usage…. I presume a 20° wash is covered in the “low temperature” statement?? Because that temperature is truly eco….

Easy site to order from, good information about the product. I bought the set of 3. 1 each of plain, Sorrento lemon and wild rhubarb. I have used the lemon on my windows, very impressed. I loved the hint of lemon which covers the vinegar smell. My parcel arrived on time, well packed and exactly as described

Ordered 6 bottles of product and to date only 3 have been delivered. No response to email asking when I would receive the remainder of my order. Edit on 5/09 - Despite the below response saying I have been contacted, I still have had no email and no confirmation (despite me following up on email last week) on how this will be resolved so I will post here - please provide me with a refund of the missing items.
