Lovely product , in comparison to normal detergent I immediately felt the change in the house and was left astounded by the smell difference between fairy detergent and minimal I couldn't believe the years we have been using fairy and our children have grown up I'm, the whole air in the house was taken over by fairy And with minimal you couldn't notice it but cleaned and did the job just as well It's safe to say I won't be going back to store bought products like fairy peril aerial and others

Great product at a good price although the postage is quite high so I’m thinking that I will continue to use the vinegar but maybe have a refill at a participating shop.

I have used many products in my household and wanted to change to cleaning products that are natural and no chemicals. I have just great comments for these products. I have everything, from toilet cleaner, washing liquid, counter cleaner, white vinegar cleaner, laundry cleaner, floor cleaner. I will never go back to any other products again. I love everything and they do exactly what you need them to do. I feel better knowing I am not inhaling anything with chemicals. My floor cleaner is great, I am happy as I have 2 dogs, I am not worried that they lick their paws if walking on the wet floor. I highly recommend these products. You will not be disappointed. No regrets. I enjoy my cleaning and I clean every day without a miss.

The products which I purchased did the job they were supposed to with good results I have been, this morning, to the nearest refill unit to purchase more products So far I have used the vinegar with lemon, dish cleaner, laundry liquid all have done a good job I like that the products are environmentally friendly and safe to use in our septic tank system Also no overpowering scents with the products

I really wanted to be positive as I love supporting eco brands but I have had the worst customer service. I placed a large order and when it arrived, the entire box was drench as the laundry liquid and toilet cleaner had split. I shared photos and asked for a replacement as they were entirely empty. I received no response to all 3 emails! I am so frustrated as this could have been easily avoided but now I’m out of pocket for broken packaging (and a messy carpet!!)

Update: 4th Sept: Miniml, you say you have responded to my emails but you haven’t. I had no response to any messages asking about when my order would be received. When it finally arrived, the box (and all of its contents) were soaked (leaking washing-up liquid refill). I have had no response to any of my 5 emails. I have seen from previous reviews that the company keep making excuses about staff sickness/shortages and how they use minimal packaging. Obviously this minimal approach isn't working.

Never received my order after a month of continuous emails. Now my last email has bounced back, I think they may have gone bust?!!

I had high hopes for receiving some great products from Minml. Unfortunately they never arrived. I sent several emails to find out why and still haven't received anything. I have requested a refund 3 times and still haven't received a reply. I don't like giving negative reviews, but after spending over £30 I am hugely dissatisfied.

I purchased 2 of the small 100 ml refill toilet cleaner bottlers at £2 each as this product seems to sell out quickly. I am unsure whether , as they are so small, they should be diluted with water ( it does not make sense that the 1000 ml bottle us 3.50 & the 100 ml bottles £2 each) I poured both of the 100ml bottles by into the original 1000ml bottle & they didn’t even fill near a quarter of this bottle which is barely 4 rim cleans . I contacted minimal re this asking if they should be diluted , but no response so far. Not sure why they would charge this amount for 100 ml bottles when they barely last 2 rim cleans . Would really like their thoughts on this
