Excellent product. A few issues with delivery but not Minimal’s fault it was down to to courier. Minimal sent out a replacement immediately no quibbles. Have used them before this purchase and will continue to do so in the future.

I loved the ordering experience up until an error was made. I attempted to contact you to resolve it and nothing was done about it. I ended up having to pay twice as you never responded to the issue I had when my initial order was placed. Little bit frustrated about that aspect of the experience.

brilliant concept. excellent product and service

Fantastic products and customer service, been using miniml over a yr now and love it. From the toilet cleaner to the French lavender anti bacterial spray my house is clean and fresh. Will continue to use these products as I doubt there is anything out there to beat it.

I’ve given them a 4* as I ordered 3 items: toilet cleaner, multi surface spray and washing up liquid but what I received was a 5ltr container of Lemon vinegar!! I’m happy with my purchases (when they finally came) but I don’t think the cardboard boxes they use are strong enough they look a bit battered when they arrive. The box the vinegar came in was almost falling to pieces and it looked like the P.O. Had to wrap plastic tape round it.

Purchased a cleaning starter pack and all of the products (surface cleaner, white vinegar, washing up liquid and soap) work really well and smell great. I'll definitely be buying again.

I can't smell the rhubarb in the product

Can’t get hold of them by phone as it just cuts off, no1 is replying to my emails, I’ve ordered £87 worth of shampoo and conditioner over a week ago haven’t heard anything, I am now wanting to cancel my order and get a refund and still don’t hear back from anyone and can’t make contact ….
