I am really happy with the delivery of the products it was really efficient. I received blood orange multi surface spray which I would say is very good at removing stains and it is great on any surface it is the only cleaner I have ever used on my piano and it came out great. I also received a dish soap in apple, toilet cleaner and washing liquid. I can honestly say they all smell and work brilliantly. The only thing I would say is next time I would order a spray that is also antibacterial. Overall I will definitely be ordering more products from MInimi, I love the fact that they smell and work so good and are using non toxic ingredients.

Really lovely products and I am thrilled I can order refills and send the empty’s back with no fuss! I was fed up with all the toxic cleaning products that have 1 use plastic containers! Highly recommended!

Great product (bought laundry liquid - fresh linen) and environmentally friendly. Fast delivery and great service. One of my items split in transit and all the liquid escaped. Got a replacement within a few days. Can only recommend.

i emailed about change of address before my product was sent and heard nothing, received no goods (as it was sent to my old address) yet still paid for it

I used to buy refills etc from a shop in Northallerton which stocked your products, however the shop closed down to the owner retiring. So I am now building up a stock in my garage, where I can refill products I like. The reason I like to use minimal cleaning products is because I have allergies to many chemicals in the environment including sulphates. I have noticed a huge beneficial difference around the home now that I use minimal products. I found that when I do a white wash if I use vinegar in the rinse the result is a good enough comparison re. brightness, to a wash with biological detergent but with the benefit that it’s much kinder to my skin and environment.

Excellent products but at time challenging to get refills. During my order there were no send back envelopes which is bad considering this is the reason I use the company, 0 waste supply chain. The delivery time is relatively slow, and I believe this is due to Miniml delaying the dispatch of the items

I really love the products but they always ship late so you need to be very organised and not need anything too soon

Great service and great products

Just gutted. After placing an order was really exciting to see it dispatched so quickly. Only for three products to have arrived damaged. One being a glass bottle that had smashed and then pierced holes in another two products! After contacting customer service I had initially had a quick response for pictures which I sent. Since then I have had no response.

Pleased with the company, orders arrive quick and well packaged. Products work exactly as described and pleased with results, will continue to use in future.
