Everything I bought was amazing, surface cleaner to the toilet cleaner and fresh linen fabric softener. The hand wash cucumber and aloe vera. I could go one with what else I bought, I'm a customer forever. I will be stocking back up real soon. Thank Miniml 👏🏾🔥🙌🏾😊

The order took well over a week to arrive and was so badly packaged one bottle was damaged. I reported this to their customer service department but have heard nothing apart from the automated response. If they don’t respond soon, i will have to cancel my subscription.

I am still waiting to receive my order or contact from the email I sent to customer service… not a great start to my first order with them and planning to become a regular subscriber…

Royal Mail originally delivered this incomplete (as a single piece of cardboard) however Miniml were great they redid the order for free and it’s arrived in tact.

Products arrive quickly and suitably packaged- no unnecessary plastic. They all smell fantastic and I now use their laundry detergents/hand soap/shower gel/washing up liquid exclusively over other brands as they work really well and score very highly across a number of sustainability and ethical areas according to the 'Ethical Consumer' website. They also allow you to return refill packaging to them to be repurposed. (24/9/24: Review edited as had accidentally submitted prior to finishing)

I really like the Miniml products. Went out on a limb and ordered the cucumber hand-wash, blood orange cleaner, toilet cleaner (all 5L) and the vinegar and washing up liquid 1L pouch. The hand wash is amazing, so kind to the skin and love having the big btl to refill when pump empty (using own pump), same goes for the orange cleaner very very good. The toilet cleaner works well but I do not like the bottle supplied - it does not squirt effectively and takes a few goes to get round the rim. Washing up liquid is good, however, I find it very thick and needs a good scoosh around in the bowl to get a lather. It is good for removing mud and grass stains from clothes as a pre-wash as is gentle from the natural ingredients. The vinegar is good and I again put in my own spray bottle. Will be refilling my biggies when ran out. Thank you.

The frustrating thing about Miniml is that their products are fantastic. The issue is their awful customer service! I can see that I am not the only person who has had this issue. I sent them the following email: Hi, I did message before on your website but didn’t get a reply. Anyway I love your products. They are brilliant. I want to just use yours however I am finding problems with ordering. So on your website you show as out of stock for some things but on your Amazon store they are in stock. I have ordered multiple items from Amazon and had issues nearly every time. The first time two items had leaked and the second they sent me an out of date item by nearly a year!! I have returned a few now. So that is a big problem for me. Secondly, I want to use your closed loop system but if I order on your Amazon store I can’t seem to be able to do it? I really want to be a full time and long time user of your products but at the moment there are so many issues with delivery and then trying to use the closed loop system. Please could you advise/help!! Thanks They replied in two lines saying “Unfortunately, as your order was placed through Amazon we are unable to assist you with your order. Please reach out to Amazon's customer support team.” Well for one this is THEIR Amazon shop and as I had stated I had returned the items that were damaged so I have nothing to talk to Amazon about. Secondly, if this company is so passionate about their closed loop system why would they not want me to be able to send them back when purchased of their Amazon store??? Also how is their Amazon store in stock and why are they allowing Amazon to send out their products in single use plastic which looking by the Amazon reviews are usually leaking? I replied straight back asking them if they could answer my query but they are now not responding??

Great products and so good to be able to be supplied with refill packs that can be returned to be used again. Fast service too.

Miniml have improved their supply chain lately so now you can order 5L bottles at your own pace, then return 4 bottles at a time. That's a game changer for me. You can also order pumps for the 5l bottles so you don't get soap all over the floor. Reusable and very sturdy. We get through a lot of the laundry liquid and it's really good. Also the hand wash. The other thing I order in bulk is their fragrance free vinegar for cleaning. A 5kg tub of bicarb from Amazon and my cleaning is basically sorted.

Good communication - not too much. Easy to order. Made mistake of ordering two sample size bottles of loo cleaner instead of full size - my mistake but perhaps sample size could be more clearly denoted on website?

5l container came damaged. So lost most of the contents. Emailed miniml and no reply to get a replacement pictures where provided of prove of damaged item.

Love the products but it’s a shame they’ve stopped doing 1L refills on most products. Really limits options if you don’t have the space to store the big refills.

First delivery was damaged so had to return. Requested an express delivery as was due to go on holiday giving 7 days. Did not arrive and when it did the products were not packaged due to the items once again being damaged. Emailed requesting my money back and still not received a response. Will not be ordering again absolutely appalling.

Update requested by Miniml my order number is #MIN66724. I don't understand how an independent company, in my experience, to have such appalling customer service. My order was delivered on 9th August and I immediately notified Miniml of damages. I have sent the photos they requested and numerous emails to both customer services and someone higher up in company at their request but I'm still no further forward as they refuse to engage. I was going to return the items and inform my credit card company that I was in dispute and had requested a refund for the damaged items. In the end it was just too much hassle, I have accepted that my efforts have been pointless and I have just written off the damaged items, 2 broken pumps so I have 2 useless bottles of soap and a not quite full bottle of laundry liquid due to leakage. The cost to rectify the damages would have cost Miniml less than £5 instead they are losing what would have been a good customer as I use a lot of product.
