Really impressed with my first order of Miniml - Laundry Liquid and Fabric Softner (pink orchid and dragon fruit)! Smells absolutely amazing but not that horrible synthetic smell you get with other detergents and washes really well - bedding was super soft and lovely light scent! Well definitely be making a permanent swap from Fairy!
I've used Miniml products for a couple of years (buying through a local refill shop) and they've been great. The shop has sadly closed so I've had to go online. Easy website, speedy delivery, good communications. If the closed system works when I start returning packaging then I'll be a very happy customer. If an independent business starts again locally I'd change my shopping to there but there's no reason to ever change the product.
Not arrived
I recently bought the shampoo and conditioner, and have also bought some of their cleaning products. Fast dispatch and speedy delivery, with good communication throughout. Miniml have such a great ethos in terms of good quality yet sustainable products and packaging. I recommend.
I have tried the cleaning products and was pleased with the results so I ordered the 5L containers which works out much cheaper.
Item took a while to arrive and arrived damaged. Update: I am glad Miniml are happy with their response to my experience but considering I placed the order before the new year and I didn’t receive a working product until 17th Jan, I think that’s pretty poor.

Great product. Lovely scent, cleans well and the litre refill size will last a long time. Really like that you’re given a prepaid postal pouch to return the empty packaging. No more single-use plastic cleaning bottles going in my bin!
Although I love miniml products their courier let then down in an apartment with an intercoms system they somehow got in without calling the number for delivery 4 and left it outside number 2. Had I not checked at the delivery window time I could have lost the parcel
