Products are great, but shipping not so much. My order was initially shipped reasonably quickly (quicker than past experience), but was unfortunately damaged in transit and never made it to me. When I reached out, they were quick to respond and offered a refund or replacement. I was told they'd put a note on my replacement order so it was shipped with priority. It wasn't shipped till 13 days later, and even then was missing an item due to an unexpected equipment issue causing a shortage. It's a shame my local refill shop that stocked Miniml has closed so I can no longer get my refills there. But if you have a local refill shop that stocks Miniml, or plan ahead so you can wait for the slow shipping, I'd recommend the products.
Only 2 stars, I love the products but the service is terrible! I'm on day 18 of waiting for my subscription of laundry detergent to arrive!! My order had to be re-sent after getting in touch with customer service, I was advised it was being re-orderd but still took 5 days for that to happen. The courier miniml uses (FedEx), has caused most of the original problems, late deliveries, not arriving on time or at all. Waiting 5 days for something to even be dispatched, after already waiting 11 days for it not to turn up, doesn't seem like very good service to me. As said before, I'm still waiting for it to arrive, after having a message to say it would be delivered before 1pm, now that has changed to 6pm. Which is exactly what happened to me the first time and I recieved nothing. Fingers crossed it arrives! Torn between cancelling my subscription or putting up with this rubbish service as I like the products so much!
I have loved all of the products I have tried so far (vinegar, fabric detergent and conditioner) so I ordered shampoo and conditioner too. I had a problem with delivery which was totally out of the Minimal teams control, but nonetheless they organized a delivery for the next day without any issues and a little extra too.
Great service, quick delivery. I got next day delivery and it arrived on time with all the text and email updates you would expect. Everything arrived intact and I was happy with the packaging. I've used the hand wash and shampoo and love them, love the smell and lathering and texture!

This is my second order – a re-order of the spearmint and peppermint toilet cleaner which I completely adore, and I thought I’d try the french lavender anti bac surface cleaner and the nutty almond floor cleaner. My sense of smell is on a different level to most people so I’m probably in the minority with some of this but the nutty almond cleaner I thought was fabulous but the lavender one I found really unpleasant to use because of the smell. As for dealing with the company that was totally fine and delivery was smooth.

Still waiting for order to arrive 1st order got damaged en route so couldn’t be delivered Company really helpful said that they would send out another package this still hasn’t arrived All in all it probably been around 3 weeks
Fast delivery and fabulous products
I am a Miniml convert! Unlike other brands that hide behind a green promise and their background or ownership prove otherwise ... They really do deliver! I saw a review about washing up liquid coming out in 'globs'. I have a 5L bottle with a pump and have never experienced this, I just refill my bottle (or if super lazy just pump some into a washing up bowl). I have 5L refills of my faves - Laundry Liquid, Fabric Conditioner, Sorrento Lemon Vinegar, Toilet Cleaner, Lavender Antibac & Washing Up Liquid. I buy the refill pouches for my hand wash, which is also amazing! I have NEVER had an issue with delivery, but don't think reviews on a courier mistake should reflect on how insane this brand is. My parents have also converted and buy their refills at a local shop in Leicestershire. Healthy, Happy & Clean home ... No toxins included 🤘.
I just love the concept. Everything should be like this! Recyclable, and re-usable. Good products too.
I love Minimal products as they are kind on my sensitive skin and work well. The option of buying in bulk keeps the cost down, and the reusable glass bottles look much nicer than plastic.

I ordered shampoo and conditioner. The delivery company has told me to expect delivery on Friday but it was then changed to Monday which was the. Changed to today. I tried to change this as I was out And believe I had asked for it to be left in a safe place but delivery was attempted but taken away. Delivery is now tomorrow when I am also out. I have tried to connect using the details given on the card but no luck. Not impressed and what does ‘unable to release indirect signature needed actually even mean’??
