The experience I had was very good and the staff were polite and helpful. I would have preferred to have more information after making my order and how it was progressing as it just went quiet for a couple of days until it was confirmed.
Ordered Multiple Knauf products, on check out was saying next day delivery, after 3 days was chasing order and been told they cant get supply Knauf insulation and if I am happy to receive alternative? Said yes for insulation. They sent to me all order what was not Knauf, but Siniat what I am not happy with quality. Plasterbord was ordered tapered edge, but received square. Not happy with quality products. They trying to sell you cheap, but then send you cheap product, not Brand what you ordered!!!
Great product at a super price! I have just purchased 8ft x 4ft 18mm structural ply sheets from Materials Market for about £30 per sheet to use as loft boarding. They are good quality, they are the cheapest I have found on-line and they delivered promptly early on the specified arrival date. They even undercut my normal go to wood recycling outlet who were charging more than Materials Market for inferior recycled wood. I know who I'll be approaching next time I need more wood. Great product, good prices and excellent service
I'd give 0 stars if I could! Ordered 7 days in advance selecting kiln dried wood to be delivered on a friday, no emails aside from the standard 'we've received your order' on the day. I randomly called them the day before delivery and was told that I'd receive an email when a supplier has picked up the order and that the delivery date is not guaranteed and that in fact I will NOT be receiving the wood on the day provided. They didn't even tell me this until I asked!! Poor customer service, avoid like the plague!!!
I’ve placed order on 10/03 for delivery 21/03. Week later, after placing the order I’ve received and email saying, that they had to cancel the order because they can’t get the order out for delivery in time. I’ve managed to get in touch with them, bear in mind I had no contact from them to re arrange delivery. I was told that they had to cancel the order because they can only have money on hold from my card for 7 days. So I’ve asked what you’ve been doing to fulfill my order since it was placed? Apparently none of its suppliers has pick my order within 7 days so due to the card thing they had to cancel it! So it’s clear that all the items on their site are not available until some of its mystical supplier pick them up! If they don’t you’re screwed. Yes you’ll get your money back, but then they don’t have any liability for your wasted time, and money if you have builders booked, or you’ve taken holidays to do your project! You cannot plan anything. How can you run building materials business that way?! How unreliable and unprofessional this is?! Cowboy sellers, selling non of their own stock items, that in case of failed deliver they can blame suppliers, and take no responsibility of their own! I’m absolutely disgusted with this company and I’ll never use it again!!
Stock issues. Lack of knowledge. Long waiting time for respond. No updates.... Plenty of things to choose on site but in real most of things were impossible to get im my area. Why then you offer those items? Why no updates on your site? Very dissapionted
Made an enquiry about getting Ibstock bricks, had a what we are email just after so I knew they got it, nothing heard, chased via chat, told would get a reply next day, nothing heard. Time wasters.
Ordered twice from them. Excellent. From the prices, the delivery and the customer service, everything was fantastic. With my first order, I made a mistake and I have been called by their team and was asked if I knew that two items wouldn't fit together, which I didn't and then with their help we swapped the wrong product with the right one.

Ordered on Saturday for delivery today (thursday) didn't recieve a confirmation email so rang Monday to confirm everything and got told everything was on for Thursday delivery. Rang again Wednesday to be told delivery may be a little late. Then had a call on delivery date to be told they can't fulfil the order.
I had delivered what I ordered and on the correct day. Delivery driver was most helpful. Prices were very competitive

I ordered various items and they were delivered on time, the timber I ordered was sent as untreated when I order treated, one phone call and 24hrs later I have the correct timber. Any company can supply goods, it's when things go wrong when you find out how good they are. I will be using them again.
they never made a delivery on the day the should have no contact phone Monday still waiting for them to respond dont use them if you have workmen booked because they just don't care they are a joke Ben keeps saying will call you never does its now Tuesday and i am still waiting so far out of pocket not happy

Happy with the timber and OSB sheets that arrived and the prices, but unfortunately the delivery arrived a day late which had an impact on my build. I had to call twice to get a response on the delivery. I've just ordered some more materials and received a call telling me they will be 3 days later than stated on the delivery date when I ordered, but at least I was notified this time. I would use MM again for the prices, but only if I can be flexible with timings
