Incorrect product availability and delivery timelines presented. No communication from MM to inform about inability to fulfil order. Once i contacted them, all staff was friendly and helpful and alternative product was offered. that is why i put 2 stars vs 1. But i wanted specific product and If I new that it is not available, I would be shopping in other place!!!! As a resulted I still do not have what I needed, awaiting refund and project delayed... Thanks!
failed order after accepting my order - with expected 2 day delivery it took them 4 days to be honest enough to confirm they couldn't actually fulfil the order. I had people on site awaiting goods on the due date and a week after my order was placed they told me they had no idea when or if they could supply me - appalling! them so i had to cancel my order and buy elsewhere. order details 0366-64 19th march 2024

Useless. Take order but then don't deliver. Contacted on date delivery was due to say can't deliver. Week later still no cancellation refund my god pure hassle

Absolutely terrible service from this company. DO NOT USE THEM. I agreed a delivery date, they delivered my timber a day late on Good Friday so I was not at the delivery address. They didn’t call the number I gave them and left the timber in the rain no where near the delivery address, leaving all of the timber warped. When I called they didn’t even know if the delivery had been made or not and continued to blame other people. Awful service.

The quality of the timber that came was really good straight as a arrow couldn’t fault at all
