The driver Jason could not have been more helpful. It is this sort of thing that will make the difference, for me to place further business with a company or walk away, in some cases run. Good quality wood supplied, 25x38mmx 4.8m. One piece out of 11 a bit below par, but in fairness, wood is or rather was a living thing, so blemishes are not abnormal, though some timber merchants have a nerve, their products fit for the fire,--- just. Wet and warped

I ordered some plywood and sand. I was told it would be delivered the following Tuesday. I then emailed to request an extra sheet of ply, but no response so tried phoning, but couldn't get through (they cut me off after making me listen to advertising for 5 minutes). Nothing came on Tuesday. A few days later I phoned and they said they would email me with an update. No update arrived. Next day, same thing. Finally got a delivery date for the following Monday (13 days after the promised delivery date). Every time I phoned, I checked that they had the extra sheet of ply, but it didn't come with the rest of the order and they said that the earliest they could get it to me was the Friday, 3 weeks after I originally ordered. Cancelled the order and went to town to get the missing sheet as the project was now really late. Asked for compensation, but not a penny. The worst thing was the hours spent waiting for someone to answer while a recorded message told me how quickly they delivery and how great their customer service is.
They failed to deliver the main item of my order and failed to inform me until I requested a delivery date. The minor item that I ordered was £12 and I was charged £12 for the delivery of an item I would not have ordered as a stand alone item. They have informed me that they will not be making a refund for the delivery. Very poor customer acumen.

Do not order from this company! Absolutely useless… The wood I needed was meant to be delivered over a week ago and still no further forward, I would recommend you pay a little extra and go with a reputable company!

Took ages (nearly two weeks) to deliver my items and when they arrived they were damaged. Don't order from this company, they hold no stock and just farm the orders out the third parties.
Ordered decking on 6 April shown as available for delivery on 12 April. On 8 April they call me to say they can't supply the decking in the 3m lengths I ordered but can supply 3.6m decking lengths. Not ideal (more cutting for me) but I accept as I'm on a schedule. On 11 April they call me to say they can't deliver my order on 12 April and can't give me a date when they can. They ask me to tell them what's the longest I can wait (seriously). So I have to cancel the order and my whole garden project schedule is basically f'%%#d. Be aware, they don't hold any stock. They advertise stock as available in the hope they will be able to secure it by the time it's due to be delivered, and if they can't then as the customer you are screwed, except of course you are not told this. I'd never consider ordering from them again. If you are going to, be aware of what is actually happening and the risk you are taking (look at the one-star reviews). Update on 18/04 - MM have now posted their cut & paste non-response below. Still working on their internal processes it seems. As for "we do try to notify the customer if an issue arises" I'll happily quote Yoda. "Do. Or do not. There is no try".
