I can totally unreccommend this company. I made a simple order for timber to be delivered, (Order number 0425-62) on Tuesday 7th May. I was informed delivery, which was a further £35 on top of the cost of the timber, would be on Friday 10th May. I noticed the money had already been taken from my bank. However on the Thursday, I was informed that part of my order, three 3M lengths of 8x2, wasn't available, but I could have three 3.6M lengths of 8x2 instead, at no extra charge. Fine, but it also said the delivery will need rescheduling. OK, so it was rescheduled for Monday, 13th May, between 07:00 and 16:00. So, on the Monday I waited... and waited.. It didn't arrive. So I emailed them for an update and received a very apologetic phone call. "I can reschedule your delivery for this Thursday 16th?" (Again, between 07:00 and 16:00) "And I'll see to it personally, that your order will be delivered!" OK, I accepted that. Thursday came, I waited... And waited... Once again, this pathetic company failed miserably. Obviously I cancelled this order and will be sourcing a competent firm to do this simple job. Really, If you're thinking of using these people, think again.
Do not use this company! Ordered materials to be delivered to site , Was told the evening before delivery date that they are unable to get delivery out in time and so I had to cancel the order. Frustrating when you have planed in the work , hired equipment etc and left absolutely no time at all to arrange alternative .
Couldn’t fault you
I initially ordered with Travis Perkins but they sent a brand new shiny low profile truck and the driver was too scared to bring it up my slightly, but not too bumpy track to access the house. MM sourced a supplier who delivered without any such nonsense, they were friendly and actually cheaper.
Ordered two types of insulation (Knauf and Rockwool) from here with a delivery date given, quoted as "Nationwide" Also made sure to tick "will not accept equivalent products" when I ordered. The day before delivery they email to say there will be unexpected delays, but they can fulfil the order if I accept different brands. I've specifically chosen the brands I want for a reason, so obviously this is no good to me. I ask when the delivery will be over the phone and they can't tell me a date. Why accept the order or show the items as available if they can't tell me when they'll be available, let alone fulfill the delivery date they're giving. Will not use them again for anything.

Very professional and polite delivery driver! Thank you! Otherwise the delivery was late 8 days;( When the day off is arranged ,when you arrange additional hand and organise everything it is a big disappointment!

Ads are so misleading. Ordered 100mm wide timber and arrived 95mm. So disappointing and have to pay collections fee for returning
I needed a quantity of mixed materials for a wet room. Roof insulation, water proof plaster board, backer board & mix etc. The whole process was straightforward. Prices were very competitive, and the website easy to navigate. I was very pleased with the whole service. The delivery driver was helpful and conscientious. All of the materials had been carefully packed. There was no damage and it was supplied without excessive cling wrap hiding issues , or creating loads of waste.

After 2 weeks waiting for my order and ringing them every 3 days they just call me and give me update "we gonna cancel your order because we can't give you date to fulfill the order" don't buy from them empty promises and nothing on time
Waste of time! They don’t hold any materials and take your order then wait for a supplier to accept it, I waited a week and got no confirmation of a delivery. Chased and chased and was promised call back, emails back and given every excuse under the sun. I can’t run my business when I don’t know when materials are going to arrive. You would have thought I ordered Uranium and not standard timber! Stay clear. I managed to find a local supplier £65 more expensive (on a substantial order) but an infinitely better service with next day delivery. Every time i order something is coming in a broken bags and the delivery driver’s they always throw the bags from pickup to the ground breaking them but the last delivery it comes with broken bags from the shop
From Hero to Zero! This company says they have stock online, however this isn't true. They are a middle man with suppliers. So when you order, they go around suppliers for the cheapest price. The problem is despite giving them (in my situations) a 2 week delivery date, they would rather miss the delivery date and not communicate with the buyer, rather then take a slightly smaller profit as the middle man and keep customers happy. It was only once I question why no delivery had been made that I received any communication, saying they will chase their suppliers. I asked for a full refund in the end, however I'm still awaiting the money despite having a cancellation email through...
