Part order delivered on time by royal mail 1st nov bulk order not received, phoned confirmed delivery 4th nov , supplier phoned me on 4th nov to confirm bulk delivery the 6th nov, after speaking with supplier my order is being delivered 5th nov .I've had to put the builders off and have taken 2 days off work tomorrow being 3 days very poor communication.

The price was the best and then the man the actually came in the van and delivered was really nice and helped me unload the materials. I have physical disabilities so for me that was very important.
