I was tempted to reduce my score because of a few issues. I wanted the delivery company to contact me but they did not, they dropped the consignment at the wrong location and some of the items were wrong. However, the people at MM we’re very efficient and put thing right the following day.

I placed an order and was able to add to it to save me incurring delivery costs because i needed to increase the order due needing more than i first estimated. delivery was on day requested, it would have been better if i had an alert on an estimated time ie a call say 30 min before so i was not hanging around not able to plan the rest of the day. The driver was fully cooperative with unloading despite his concerns.
Great service and very competitive price
Yet again failed to supply materials and blamed suppliers. Delivery put back day after day till it had been moved 3 times yet still failed to arrive. This is not the first time this has happened. Whilst full of apologies very slow to process refund on monies they have taken for goods they failed to supply.
Excellent and helpful service from order to delivery
They Failed to deliver on the correct day and then was late the following day with no communication at all. the products were then damaged and i was promised a swap the next day which again did not happen with no communication. two days later I'm still chasing them to collect the products. In response to the reply: Your website originally told me Friday delivery, it wasn't actually delivered until Tuesday after me chasing as i had no confirmation 24hrs later. About 10 out of the 20 plasterboard was damaged to some degree and im being told the collection wont happen until Wednesday or Thursday next week more than a week after my initial complaint. I also accepted a swap the next day which you never turned up to do which is why i have now asked for a full refund. The timber was perfect thank you
