part of order arrived on time, 2nd part had to be traced but this was an issue with carrier not Manutan who were very prompt and efficient in dealing with the missing parcel issue.

I have now bought four storage cupboards for the under cover area at my home and I am very happy with them, after buying the first three I decided to add a fourth but sadly it arrived damaged ( by the delivery company ) but after contacting Manutan customer care team they delivered a new replacement within two days. Excellent service and excellent products. Buy with confidence if my experience is anything to go by .

I would not recommend this company and will never use them again. Received item today which was a heavy metal office cabinet. The driver left it in the driveway, still tied to the pallet, after using his own heavy equipment lifting machine to get it there. As a 72 year old woman, I then had the problem of trying to get it into my home. The driver would not help and said that it was his instruction to leave it there. I was left stranded by the driver and I have to say Manutan. Very poor service. I would give this review zero stars if I could. The Manutan website should state that a customer will require their own lifting equipment in order to get the item into their home, because it will be dumped outside. Had I known this,I would never have used this company. Disgraceful service! Never again.

Very easy online ordering experience. Found something I wanted, got a 10% discount (they offer discounts a lot it seems), paid securely, delivered for free the next day by Fedex. The items are packaged well and not damaged so I don't need to use their customer services, but everything worked well and delivery was quick and free.

We were after a pallet pump truck with brakes. Found the trucks on their website. Pictures and dispription clearly said that it comes with the brakes, but I also called them before to confirm if it actually has the brakes. Lady on the phone confirmed and even sent me a manual showing the brakes. On arrival our team started using them and of course paint on the forks was scraped in few spots, but i have noticed it on the same day, 23/02/23, and started return process. during the process the communication from customer service was crap. Anyway after nearly 2 months, around on 20/04/23, they have contacted and told that they are only offering 50% credit due to the few scrapes on the forks even though it was purely Manutan UK fault - false advertising, false manuals and crap sales team without any knowledge about their products. We have taken 50% credit as we had no use for those trucks. To summarise it I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE.

Got a leather swivel chair just a year ago from Manutan and it is now totally unusable. The chair just sinks. Emailed customer services and they sent out a replacement gas cartridge. This is not easy to replace and has caused more damage. The gas cartridge is impossible to remove. We asked for further support and was told that there was nothing they could do. The chair is now going to be put in the skip! Very poor product and poor customer services. Office chairs should last more than a year.

Each time I order any item, I get it fast sometimes quicker than the stipulated time. The items are very good quality and work better than expected. The service is prompt, fast, and in good order when they arrive. Very professional and courteous service.
