The most ridiculously difficult website I have ever used to place an order. Then after making me jump through hoops to register my company details and open an account payment is refused for no reason and then find out by chance the items aren’t even in stock.

I was kept inform each stage of the process.

I ordered over €11,000 of product in November and got order conformation on 05/12/23 having paid by bank transfer in advance on date of order. Almost 2 weeks later we had to send proof of payment as Manutan could not find the payment. When that was sorted we started to track the order via the "track your order" button. 1st it said 04/01/24 2 day later it said 05/01/24 the next day it said 09/01/24 and then the following day it said "your order is getting ready for shipment. I had promised my customer that goods would be delivered to him on the 10/01/24. Manutan are so slow to get back on email queries, you have to keep phoning. At this stage my customer, who is a big client of mine, was sick of delays and wanted to cancel the order and by way of compensation I have to offer a big discount. I am now in a loss making situation plus a damaged reputation with a very large client thanks to the terrible service from Manutan. i have emailed Rebecca again yesterday AT 10AM to try and find out when the goods will be delivered and surprise surprise - STILL NO REPLY

Still waiting for the product to arrive. We had a call from the customer care team to ask for our feedback on our recent purchase, but they had no idea that we are still waiting. Then we found out that the item would not arrive for another month. We are hoping to revise our review - but can’t as it’s not here…
