We have also received conflicting messages of delays with our order and now have received an invoice but no goods, plus the request for a review. It`s confusing. We would like to know the status of this order and a firm delivery date.

Usually service from Manutan, just sent over the purchase and the goods arrived in a reasonable timeframe.

Ordered 4 stools from these now and all came the next day and very good quality and very good priced.

Haven’t received delivery!

I ordered a large metal cupboard on Friday and it was delivered on Monday morning. The cupboard is even excellent quality and the whole experience was perfect.

I obtained a quote for in-stock item & ordered 07/09 but by 09/10 they are still undelivered. Goods went out of stock, have been shipped to an incorrect address, have re-shipped and not shown up, and are now shipped again on a 5 day delivery promise that has not been met. They are supposedly due this week, a month after they were urgently needed. I have had to resend the same delivery info repeatedly, only to be asked for it again several times. Terrible customer service, with long communication delays, no urgency and having to repeat requests. I would be extremely loathe to recommend our UK sites use Manutan based on this experience.

I originally found and bought 10 stacking strata boxes (42L) for moving house and subsequently have ordered about another 30 as my partner and I consolidate and organise a ton of stuff between our places. Some of the tubs are stored outside in an outhouse and there's no danger of mice or rats getting into any of these as they're way too sturdy. So for instance, textiles and curtains are safe in these if stored in a dry place but 'outdoors'. Customer service is always superb, I've had some good-natured back and forth over emails about orders over the years and they really are a lovely bunch. If you care about what you do, the rest follows easily and on the occasion we've had say, a box delivered with a broken clip or some nominal damage, they're sent out a replacement before we can say thankyou! These strata boxes in particular, if you compare this solution to others on a global website that you might have heard of, are leagues better quality, substantially cheaper (especially when buying in 10s as we do) and will last us years and years I have no doubt.
