Goods arrived damaged beyond use. Immediately informed Manutan sales, 2 days later not even the courtesy of a response. Never had a problem before, so damage can happen, but the complete lack of service is not acceptable at all.

I telephoned to find out if our order had been received by yourselves only to find out that the order had not been received. The order and PO were taken over the phone and the order was delivered on Friday 25th August 2023. Very good service - Thank you

Great service, quality is good.

Equipment is up to spec however the delivery left a lot to be desired. The equipment was left outside the premises in the rain without notification.

I had last used Manutan when they were previously Key Industrial and they always a great company to deal with. I recently purchased a Large 1.8m high steel tool cupboard, that featured a large louvre panel within, in order to hold small tote bins. This was for work purposes at my workplace. The cupboard arrived very quickly on the 30th June, however upon assembling it a week later I discovered the large louvre panel was damaged in the lower-mid portion and bent. Sadly I wasn't aware of their T&C's which require damage to be reported within 3 days. I had contacted CS in order to mention this issue. I would have been happy to have just paid for a new panel but this wasn't possible, which makes little sense really. We did get a £25 refund but that isn't much use for a panel which I cannot fully utilise due to the bent portion. Edit: Emily from CS had got in touch and informed me that a new back panel had been found and this was immediately sent out and received undamaged on the 31st August. Thank you so much.
