EV Charger installer. I ordered some barriers which came the following day. I thought they looked good and were very well made. My Customer decided they were not suitable. I filled out the return notice and they were picked up and refunded, no questions asked. Fantastic service and equipment on the Web site, I will definitely use Manutan again.

Quick, next day delivery I did request a phone call prior to delivery as I could have been in the office alone with no way of getting the cabinet into the building. Note was made on my order but no phone call received. Fortunately it arrived when others were around to help.

I Purchased 1 metal cupboard planning to order one per month however the quality of the the product and professional approach to delivery inspired me to bring my plans forward and order a further 5 more for the following week.

I phoned up and described that I was looking for large picking bins, William so helpful, he attached links to three different products which he sent an email and suggested might be suitable. I ordered 4 Green Manutan Picking Bins. They are excellent, very good quality. Maybe a wee bit expensive, but very sturdy and they stack. That good, that once I save up my pennies, I'm going to order another 4 next month.

We have not received the 2nd part of the order as the last email was sent on 2/02/2024 telling us that the order was on its way and nothing received yet.

What could have been a bad experience was totally redeemed by Customer Services Jodie Forster. A Radio Controlled clock turned out to be only suitable for Continental Europe. What a relief to find an actual person at the end of the customer services helpline, who tried to resolve, what turned out to be an insoluble problem. Jodie has removed the item from their website, and is in the process of refunding me fully, many thanks Jodie, Jo & John Peck

We Have NOT received our order.

The poorness in the condition of the units upon delivery is exceeded only by the deficiencies in the quality of communication and customer service provided by Manutan UK. Having ordered three units in December, we were first provided with a delivery date of 19th January, which quickly slipped to 26th January. When nothing arrived on 26th January, we contacted Manutan to ask for an update and were eventually informed that it may be another two weeks before delivery. Some days later we were contacted by the carrier and delivery was planned for 8th February. Sadly however, only one unit of the three arrived, and had been damaged in transit. We reported the missing units, and the damage via email to Manutan UK, and six days later, are still awaiting a response. The two remaining units arrived, unannounced on 9th February, both damaged in transit and one missing some parts. We emailed Manutan UK on Monday morning (12th February) to chase a response to the previous message, and to inform them of the issues with this latest delivery. As of today (14th February), we await a response to this message also.
