Majestic Water Spouts engineered a custom-built tanked scupper/spillway to remedy a very bad specification error by our landscape contractor who installed the wrong scupper, which resulted in too much splash, and then wouldn't stand behind their work. Majestic did multiple tests to ensure the new scupper had smooth laminar flow, which solved the problem. And they looked creatively to small modifications of an existing custom scupper for another client to avoid new engineering and pattern-making costs to us. Super impressed with their commitment to their products and customer service, even though it was not Majestic's fault that our contractor didn't know enough about water flow to achieve the results that they'd promised.

I called the company looking for a quick answer and when I went to voicemail, I did not leave a message. I was going to the website to see if I could send a request for documents and before I could do that, I received a call back even without leaving a message. That was not expected. In my book that is great customer service. Morgan was able to answer my questions and then send over the information requested and a quote for the items needed within a very short period of time. After been disappointed by the delivery times wich were longer than expected due to a lack of stock, I had to review my order and the team was very responsive in terms of refund and installation advice. The product finally arrived within the promise time frame (3 weeks) and very well packaged.I installed it this afternoon and can't wait to get my pool up and running to see the final result.

Placed my order since the product was in stock. Once we ordered, the item did not arrive in the time frame promised at checkout. We had to call to be informed that the product was actually delayed 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, we still had not received our order and were again told it was being made and it would go out in another 2 weeks. Almost two months later, we finally received the four water features I ordered.

We ordered a custom copper/brown patina spa-to-pool spillway. The final product was beautiful! It was shipped in expandable foam and arrived in perfect condition. We will definitely use Majestic for any future needs.
