My order was not processed during the "5 business-day" time period after I submitted the order. Called to get a status on the order on day 5. Was told that the production manager said that they were running behind on orders and would ship in another 5 days. I needed the product sooner than what would be provided. Canceled order.

The product arrived today, after this email so that's not the plan. when I ordered originally it said that I should expect it in 3 to 5 days. I called in 7 to 10 days to learn that it wasn't going to come for another 5 or 10 days, cant remember exactly but I would much rather have received an email telling me this instead of to have to call when I realized that it hadn't come. Other than that all is well and would look to order again as needed.
