Your phone customer service was right on and answered my questions about the product. WHAT??? I wasn't transferred around - that is a big deal.
I was promised the order whithin 6 to 8 weeks from the approval of the plans. It took 18 weeks to receive the items. I tried to call and email the vendor several times with no answer from then. I ended up ordering the same item from a different vendor that had it delivered to us within a week. It caused a lot of friction in the relation with my customer for the absolute lack of customer service from majestic. Never in my whole professional life I have experienced this and I wil certainly avoid it in the future. I Will never buy from Majestic again.

I ordered custom sized spillways and they worked perfectly.
While it took longer than expected. Our new copper spillway is exactly what we were looking for!!! The process of being able to review the measurements in a rendering before manufacturing is a nice plus. It’s been installed for a couple of months now and is already starting to get nice aged spots. Always simple and easy to order. Products come in a timely manner and as described.
Product quality is perfect. Only suggestion I would make would be to either extend the threaded portion of the sprayer (Make it slightly longer) or machine off some of the material just above the threads, on the body. My reasoning is, this is used many times as a replacement for a plastic sprayer as is my case. The tile face was done according to the dimensions of the old head, so I only get one turn of the threads with the new one, unless I drain my pool and grind off the opening in the tile.
the company overall did a good job. they initially didn't ship my order but made up for it by sending it out next-day-air and not upcharging me.
