I like the quality of the metal aerator I bought. However, it is intentionally designed to have a constant drip when water is flowing through it into the pool. The cheap plastic aerators never dripped. This one looks beautiful but this design choice is an odd one that makes no sense.

You sold us an item you didn’t have in stock. You didn’t call to tell us you didn’t have it in stock. You provided a time frame for shipping and handling on your website that u got an estimate delivery date from. Then, when you found out it wash out of stock you did nothing. I had to reach out to you. You had no phone numbers on your website so I had to track down your employees in LinkedIn to get help, like a crazy person. Samantha Berger was very, very helpful after I got in touch with her. She responded to a LinkedIn message within 10 minutes after not being able to get anyone within 2 days leaving messages and such. I’d give her 5 stars and everything else 1.
Everyone was super helpful and nice to deal with, if I had a complaint it was in regards to delivery. The units I ordered were three weeks late but no one called to tell me that there was a delay until I called to inquire.
