We had some detailed questions that were answered thoroughly and promptly. The team was very helpful and worked after hours to get us the information that we needed!
First off the spouts look amazing and a great quality, my issue was I paid for expedited air shipping. After calling and leaving several messages days later they finally called back and informed me they were on a 2 week back order, nothing on the site about out of stock.
I place an order and the wrong spouts were sent out to me. I did a phone call talk to Samantha and she fix it right away for me. She sent me the right spots very quick. Thank you very much for your help.

product is very nice, delivered promptly and staff was very responsive. we did have some issues because the valve size was not very clear which created some issues for our installation but sure it will be worked through.
