It took awhile for it to be shipped, but once it arrived it took its place beneath my water feature and works as it should. No splashing from the falling water. Unless the wind blows the water away from the splash shield.

We recently purchased a fountain splash screen after searching online line for a solution to keep water from splashing out of the fountain basin and getting the patio area very wet. After finding Majestic on line, I placed a call and spoke with Michael who was very helpful. We got the copper screen with the brown patina and put it in the basin, Wow! No splashing out water at all, the screen works great and is made with quality materials. Thank you Majestic, it works better than we ever expected.

I received an outdated product per customer services. Ordered 6 legs as displayed on the website. Upon receipt the splash guard didn't have 6 available openings for 6 legs and I was told to just dill a hole!!! So it is all my problem? Receive additional screws with no place to mount the 2 additional support legs. Three phone calls left me feeling less than interested in referring friends/clients in the future.
