Didn't deliver product in time as promised-twice, put our pool project on hold for 2 weeks, poor customer service, didn't answer phone or return calls or emails, will NOT recommend this company to anyone.

The website is extremely well done and provides all the information a consumer could require. The photos of various scuppers in a pool really helped me decide what style I preferred. The range of color finish options is the best I’ve seen, and your pricing is lower than many competitors. I wish I had more upcoming projects!
Sent the wrong item we recieved 1” spouts instead of 1.5”
It’s been almost a month and still no product, can not get anyone on the phone, I have to call 5 days before I get a response. I will not purchase from here again

Spouts were as expected. They took a very long time to ship. I had to call/email before they were shipped. In today's world, you could order these same items on Amazon and get them way quicker. I will probably not order them again

We originally ordered from Amazon but after a few days the order was cancelled. Therefore, we placed the order directly with Majestic Water Spouts. Unfortunately, we had to wait a bit longer to receive it because they had to make our order. None were in stock. All in all we are pleased with the product. Excellent quality. Made in America!
I have not yet had the spout I bought installed, so all I can say so far is that it looks beautiful and seems to be of a very good quality. It came quickly in the mail, and was well packed. Thank you.
Purchased spouts and installed them in a pool we are working on. The spouts began to rust and/or change color within days of installation. I reached out to Majestic to express my concern and received no response. Very disappointed in a a product that I waited 2 months for and that our firm paid a significant amount of money for.
