We got lobsters, steamers and cherrystones and everything was excellent. Very fresh and sweet. We ordered one morning and they were here, in California, before noon the next day. We will shop there again.

This company stands behind its products 100%. I have purchased from them twice now and the Lobster meat, tails have a gr8 flavor.

Sent lobster tails and they thawed by the time I received. Called and mike was very helpful, he sent two more back out the following days and they were perfect. Can’t wait to dig into!

My order arrived as scheduled and in perfect condition. The haddock, chowder and clear lobster meat were all delicious, as always. A lovely, thick piece of haddock!

A comment on my first time order from this supplier. U-10 diver scallops, awesome as advertised. To the uninformed, never settle for wet scallops, only get dry which is what this supplier provides. Had to contact them regarding another issue, and their customer service was beyond reproach. My initial impressions: Product quality is as stated. I just ordered 1-lb of the fresh lobster meat, 1-lb of the frozen lobster meat, and a pound of the frozen 16-20 count shrimp cocktail. My belief is that is these items will live up to expectations. Will update after delivery/consumption of that order.

I would give 5 star +++++ if possible. The lobsters arrived alive. They were DELICIOUS!!!!

Maine Lobster Now’s delivery with the fresh lobster meat and hickory smoked lobster dip arrived on time and the order was absolutely delicious as always.

I have ordered several times from Maine Lobster Now, and it has always been a pleasure...This last time one of my lobsters came with the claw detached, I contacted Live Maine Lobster with my concern and Barry the manager called me immediately and compensated me for the lobster with the broken claw...This is customer service at it's best... I live in Arizona, originally from New Hampshire, so I have to get my fresh lobster fix from time to time...Thank you Live Maine Lobster...

Excellent service and products - have ordered twice so far. Have ordered live lobsters, clams, lobster tails, red king crab legs and jonas crab claws - everything was excellent and no major issues - will order again. Only one minor complaint - when you open the box it looks like your suff is just thrown in there. However, product is not affected but esthetic can be improved.
