ONE STAR: Not sure what happened with our order, but we got a refund because it was too late to ship for New-Years Eve. Needless to say we were upset. Maine Lobster Now said they could not fulfill the order because the name was missing. How can the name disappear, it is a required field to place the order! Furthermore they had our email address and phone number and could have called or emailed asking for the name! Our New Year's Eve was ruined. 01-18-2010 - THREE STARS: Maine Lobster Now said they had problems they are correcting and offered to send us free lobsters for a day we could specify. We will take them up on their offer for Valentine's Day and will report back. It was encouraging that Maine Lobster Now bothered to respond. We will let you know how it goes with the Valentine's Day lobsters.

Didn’t think for $288 I will only receive about four legs.
I received my order for lobster rolls and lobster tails as expected on 12-31-19....as I open the box I find my lobster roll bread is not fresh & Is smashed as well as 2 of the whoopie pies were smashed because whoever packed the box was not careful in doing so. The jar of mayonnaise that i received has a best by date of 12-31-19 (the same date that i received it on) and my lobster tails are in a freezer bag that is zipped closed on one end and totally slit open on the opposite end so when I picked up the bag from the sealed end the tails fell to the floor. Needless to say I am Thoroughly disappointed with my purchase..In contacting Maine Lobster they gave me a $16 credit for my troubles and offered no real apology.Happy New Year to me 🙁. I usually order Lobster Rolls from Bayleys Lobster Pound which has always been perfect but I opted for Maine Lobster for no other reason than price. This was a bad decision i made...I guess you get what you pay for HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ME 🙁
Lobster was great, delivery was on time. Half of the steamer clams were crushed, clam chowder was missing. Customer support promised refund for steamers and chowder. I received refund for steamers in a timely manor. Still waiting for chowder refund (10 days later).

Very pleased with the Lobster tails, lobster Bisque and the Lobster Stew. Three days after eating the Lobster Tails we went out to dinner and had fresh whole lobster and we ranked the Maine Lobster Now as a lot sweeter and better by far. From now on we will be placing our orders for Lobster from Maine Lobster now.

Love the generous pieces of lobster in this Mac and cheese I was very nervous first time ordering and I specified on the phone please make sure there’s enough lobster and we don’t have to look for it I tried many times to make it just not right couldn’t get it right . I am one to make my own from scratch . Well this company did it right and there customer service are great also when taking the order. Not so cheesy just the right amount of every ingredient in there not overloaded with pasta or cheese just right . I get so many compliments every time it’s the only company that’s on the money and ships on time every time...
4 lobsters arrived over night, fast shipping, great packaging, with ice packs and sea weed.....AND ALL ....Dead as a door nail. Reported to company and they said sorry. CAN NOT RECOMEND...... Rich
Ordered 4 lobster tails, Lobster stuffing & several soups. Lobster tails were GREAT & so were cooking instructions! Stuffing was mild but very tasty making it an excellent choice for a side dish. Lobster bisque was very good but could have been just a bit thicker. We look forward to trying the items the soup sampler that we also ordered. Shipment was super fast and all items were fully frozen upon arrival. Bottom line: We will order again!

Arrived perfectly on time. Everything was fresh and recommended Maine Lobster now to friends. I even posted a photo on instagram.
Received the 2 pounds of jumbo shrimp with both bags slit open at the bottom. Couldn't see that they were slit until you picked the bag up out of the packing box. Half of the shrimp landed on the floor. My Siberian Husky was happy. Me, not so much. Sent an email to the company to tell them about the Quality Control. They answered right away but didn't offer to replace any product or offer any future discount. To be fair, I didn't request any, but it is too bad that they lost an opportunity for excellent Customer Service.

Ordered way too much lobster tail for the two of us for NYE. Arrived cold and fresh on the day promised. Amazingly sweet tender lobster that broiled perfectly (of course the chef may have had something to do with that). Will definitely order again. Great products!
