My lobsters were promptly delivered as promised (overnight), and were securely packed with dry ice and preserved to perfection all the way to Seattle to my dinner table. Taste was excellent and texture succulent. Five stars!! Contemplating the 10-15 lb live lobster next time.

We order 2 ea. 1.5 lobster, clam chowder and scallops on 1/18/2020. Due to a system "glitch" we never received the promised tracking email and ended up calling customer service on 1/21 who indicated it would be delivered at noon that same day. We picked up the package at 2PM and prepared the lobsters and chowder per the directions provided by MLN at around 6PM that night. Neither lobster looked particularly alive but then again they were sitting on ice packs. One lobster was acceptable but the other lobster had little to no taste and the meat had shrunk withing the carapace. The clam chowder was good but I would recommend extending the cooking time as the potato chunks were hard. We have yet to cook the scallops and we'll update another review after that.

the mussels were incredible

Two incredibly delicious lobsters were delivered to California before noon the very next day, as promised! What more can I ask! A company that delivers a awesome product exactly as promised! It doesn’t get any better. Will definitely use them again.

The lobsters were excellent and arrived alive. The bang island mussels are the best. This is the place to go for seafood.

I ordered 3 lbs of the Jonah crab. In the photos it looks like bite size pieces of white and pink crab meat. i paid $140 for 3 lbs of SHREDDED gray crab meat!! It was for tonights dinner and we will have to change our entire plan for our son's birthday. I would never use them again as they misrepresent their product.

OMG! From ordering to delivery the customer service was out of this world! Called numerous times and always got answers. The friendliest company I've ever dealt with. I just can't say enough about this company and their employees! 1st order with Maine Lobster Now, and we are now customers for life! Everyone we know will be aware of this company!

Delicious! I will never buy store frozen lobster again. They were alive and fresh and shipped in a few days. I loved that they were not too salty like some store bought. Cheaper than going out to dinner for lobster. I will definitely buy again.

I ordered the crab rolls and when I received my product the freezer blocks they use to keep the food cold was on the top my potato chips and the roles The chips came out completely mashed, the rolls were so flat we couldn't use them, but they were similar to Wonder Bread anyway so we went to the store and bought our own rolls. The crab very disappointing it was minced shredded meat which I don't know if it was crab kind of tasted like it but I could have bought canned crab meat and it would have been the same I paid a lot of money for this and I'm so disappointed I won't order it again. The company got back to me very quickly which I appreciate. All I wanted was to let them know that it wasn't what I expected or what was shown on the pictures. The positive....the clam chowder was to die for I would bathe in that clam chowder it was so good. Maybe I'll try the lobster next time (must give a second chance), but I'll call them to order to make sure its lump not minced.

We have ordered several times. We have been fully satisfied with live lobster purchases. When we ordered 6 pounds of frozen lobster claw meat happiness faded a bit. They came fast and hard frozen with dry ice, however the meat had a very strong fishy scent and I mean it stunk up the kitchen. No doubt it was out a bit before freezing at the factory. We will still order the live lobster, but will shy away from frozen lobster now. I did not seek a refund or I'm sure they would have made it right... We have been so happy with our other purchases that we just took the frozen order on the chin.

We are so impressed with Maine Lobster Now!! My husband and I sent 3 2.5lb lobsters to Florida for our sister-in-law’s birthday. We heard raves!! The lobsters were beautifully boxed. They arrived on a bed of fresh seaweed. They were delicious. I 100% recommend Maine Lobster Now. Great service. Delicious product. Nice extra touches making the recipient’s experience that much more memorable!

The two times I ordered lobster when they arrived there was always one short lobster in the bunch. I ordered 10 - 1.25 pound lobsters and there was one that was a 1 pound lobster. I just ordered 8 - 1.5 pound lobsters and one of the 8 was a 1.25 pound lobster. ( I have the pictures to prove it). The friend that told me about them warned me that this has happened the few times he ordered from them. At each occasion I was there to cook them for my friends in California and Florida. I know lobsters since it’s in my family and in my younger days I was a lobster fisherman for a few years with my uncle. Other then this issue the lobsters were shipped fresh and arrived in great shape. My friends and me enjoyed the feast. I don’t know why they feel they need to make a couple of extra dollars on not giving customers exactly what they ordered!

Maine lobster is a great company. From ordering to the end of the meal is a great experience.

The 1.5 lb lobsters were the best thing ever!!!!! They arrived fresh and very lively. Also the lobster bisque was great as well. Thanks for your expertise in your endeavors to have great products. Delivery with Fed Ex was on time , they arrived at 2:30 in the afternoon which was perfect. Thanks again. Byron K.

My fish order was received within 24 hours after placing the order. The small hiccup was we order2 lbs. of cod but received only 1 lb. as was noted on the packing slip. The second item hiccup was a 3 lb package of fish not identified on the fish wrapping with the packing slip stating it was pollock. The mystery fish was fresh and tasted good. Over all experience was very good.

Absolutely amazing! Quality is A+! I will continue to order my lobster 🦞 tails and king crab 🦀 legs from Main Lobster.
