The lobsters arrived on time and was packaged perfectly. The lobster tails were bigger than we thought but not sure how they would taste. They were outstanding. I usually order lobsters from another company but never again. I must mention that their clam chowder was mostly potatoes without flavor. I would not recommend the clam chowder but without a doubt the lobster.

I ordered Christmas gifts for 7 family and friends. The website was easy to use - I did have one question and customer service on the phone was very helpful. Once the order confirmations were emailed to me, I noticed that I forgot the gift message on one. I replied to the email with the forgotten information and got a prompt response. This is where things fell apart a little - on at least 2 of the orders, my name as the sender never appeared on any paperwork. My friends and family were left to guess who sent the gift. Honestly, I’ll think twice before sending gifts again, at least when I want to surprise someone.
I could not be more pleased with the lobsters we received. They were AMAZING. Large, meaty, and beyond delicious. They arrived exactly as promised. I would give Maine Lobster Now more than 5 stars if it were possible. Thank you for making our Lobster birthday dinner memorable and delicious!
Had a bad experience with this company. Have ordered lobster from another company many times with great success but tried this outfit for the first time. Lobster arrived dead. Not what I would want for “live lobster”
They were alive Tasty and very good
First time I have had a problem with a shipment and have used Maine Lobster Now several times. One of the 2-1/2 pound lobsters arrived dead (but cold) and several of the clams from a pound of steamers were cracked. Disappointing as this was a gift for my brother and his wife.
The lobster bisque was terrible it tasted odd and has only three small little claws in it. My sister said it was bad. I hope the other things I bought will prove to be good.
Amazing!! Ordered in the morning while on the train on my way to Baltimore. Notified that night they were en route. Received them the next day at noon, perfectly packaged. They were so fresh and sweet...we all had a great birthday celebration!!! Thank you and you’ll have my service again!

Maine lobster now called me to change delivery date from Monday to Wednesday. No delivery on Wednesday and no notification. Was planning on having special dinner for family . No can do now. Taylor did reach out to rectify the problem and offer remediation after the fact. Taylor felt horribly

I ordered 2 Live Lobster for 2 dinners from Maine Lobster Now as Christmas gifts. Both arrived on time and in great condition. The dinners were very large and well received by recipients. I will be using them again for my gift giving needs and maybe even just as a treat for me! I highly recommend! Maine Lobster Now customer service is fantastic! One dinner was sent to a very rural area and they made sure it arrived before Christmas! They were also very prompt in handling an issue with one of the Lobsters. Emails were a breeze and even with the holidays, I got responses same day. They made sure I was happy and they were so easy to work with. Don't bother with the other online options. This is the place to order a great gift/meal at a great price and to feel secure with your purchase!

We love Maine Lobster Now. Fresh seafood delivered to our door for special occasions that are less expensive than going to local restaurants and Much Fresher than we get at local restaurants. Customer service is very friendly and helpful. We will continue to enjoy fresh seafood from them for our special occasions. As good as being in Maine.
