Very happy with the quality, price and expediency of my order of cooked lobster tails. Shipped to FL with no damage and the order was still very cold. Haven't tried the scallops yet but they look wonderful. Will order from this company again soon...

Ordered 4 dozen steamers and 19 of them were broken. Very surprised to find so many broken ones considering they way they were packaged. Probably won't be ordering those again.

I ordered some king crabs on Friday and they were on my porch Saturday morning. I was happy with the amount and size. I will be making another order next month! I wish they had a rewards program!

The shipping time was amazing and we got a ton of food. The lobster tails were great, prepared with just a little seasoning and drawn butter and some helpful hints from the included directions. Loved every bite! Next we had the blueberry pie. I wasn't expecting too much from a frozen pie but this pie was flat out fantastic. Best blueberry pie I have ever had, bar none. I was shocked how good it was. Once I finished it I was almost licking the tin for any little piece I might have left behind. The crab cake was fantastic, well seasoned and you could taste good quality crab. I loved it and my friend who shared the meal with me said how much he enjoyed it despite not being a fan of crab! The chowder was very good, made about three bowls full. The Maine lobster now version is a way higher quality with real clams that were definitely fresh with a lot of meat in the chowder. The whoopie pies were fun. Very very sweet. Kind of like a chocolate cake top and bottom with a lighter than buttercream type frosting in the middle. Good but a lot of sugar. Definitely something fun and tasty as a treat once in a while

Ordered 3lbs of Jonah crab meat on 2/17/20. Received 6 half pound containers on 2/19/20. I was very surprised that the containers had aged preparation dates (5 were dated 9/4/19 and 1 was dated 11/6/19). Hence over 5 month old. When I called and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Randall he asked me to send him pictures and was also surprised by it. He said he has to speak to his warehouse. After sending him my email he offered me a refund if I wanted it. I tried to be accommodating and told him I wouldn’t mind exchanging for a fresher batch if they have one - a couple of weeks old. He said he will find out. After a couple of days of not hearing back, I called Randall and told him that I am leaving for Florida and therefore will take the refund he had offered me verbally on the phone at this time. At this point he mentioned to me that he can’t offer me a refund and that these batches can be dated that far back per his warehouse. So now I am out $130, and I am a bit timid about eating/trying 5 month old crab meat. This should be clear on their website under the item. I thought I was getting fresh seafood. Anyway, it’s a shame that in 2020, a customer is first offered a refund and then the refund offer is taken off the table. If you are looking for fresh seafood, this is not the place apparently.

I placed an order for U8 scallops and lobster meat, for my wive's birthday party and was worried that i did not order them in time to get them to SC. I was told that when the shipped i would get a Tracking number, I called worried that the order did not ship due to Weather on the east coast, so I called them and they told me the out was out to deliver at my house by 10:30 am. I was fresh, not frozen. I will differently be ordering here for all my seafood for now on.

I am very happy with the products I ordered. I made lobster tail and scallops and they were very delicious. We dipped it in the butter and enjoyed our Whoopi pies for dessert. Can’t wait to order again. Highly recommend.

As someone who has lived on the east coast a majority of my life, now in Texas, I cannot recommend a better place than Maine Lobster! I order from them several times a year, everything from their 12 to 14oz. tails, to live lobsters, to little neck clams, to oysters, to their amazing lobster bisque and clam chowder, lobster Mac and cheese, filet mignon and whoopie pies! Everything always arrives fresh with fantastic packaging, and timely. Super delicious!

Thanks to the weather, UPS delivered the first shipment a day late and in Florida heat. Getting a replacement was not only painless, it was hassle free. Called in and they sent the replacement that day and received the next day. Thanks guys

We ordered the Valentines Day special (2 lobster tails, clam chowder, crab cakes and dessert). The tails were sweet. Loved the cakes. The chowder was so so. We also ordered 2 more tails, which didn’t get shipped. We called and were told “ I can’t authorize them to be shipped out.” Pretty upset about this. They did refund our money.

A very well received Valentines Day present. Ordered a pound of delicious crab meat, too. If “life is like a box of chocolates,” love is an overnight delivery of fresh live lobsters from Maine Lobster Now.

Ordered 12 of the 1.75lb live lobsters. They all arrived on time, Fresh and lively. Cooked them outside on a cold Wisconsin valentines night in an 80qt crawfish pot. Did them in two batches and they turned out great! Also got some of the Maine mussels that were awesome as well.

Beautiful tails. Easy to order, receive and prepare. Broiled the tails as directed! They were the best we have ever had. My husband was so surprised. Thank you!

It was the best lobster and lobster bisque we ever had. It came fresh and the lobsters were kicking. I was nervous about ordering online, but it was the best service . I will definitely order again.

Ordered two 1.5 lbs lobster, 1 lb clams, 2 lbs clam chowder, and 1 lb sockeye salmon yesterday. Early this morning customer service let me know that the sockeye was not available so they substituted Atlantic salmon. Warmed the chowder, steamed the clams, and boiled the lobster serving to my sweetie for valentines dinner! All was great!! Looking forward to having the salmon this weekend. I highly recommend Main Lobster Now, customer service was accommodating and the seafood was great, will definitely order again in the future. Thanks Tim Ray

What a great experience! We ordered 2 Jumbo lobster tails and 2 orders of clam chowder for Valentines day and from start to finish the process was fantastic! We were able to track our order to Wisconsin and it was delivered still very frozen by 12:30 the next day. Awesome dinner and great service! Absolutely delicious. I have been CRAVING - yes, literally, craving...a lobster bisque. I googled Lobster Bisque Delivery and came upon this site. I bought two (yes, both for me!) and a clam chowder for my husband. They were excellent. All arrived frozen with directions to thaw in the refrigerator and then cook. Easy and so good. We will be buying many more items from your company. Fast, fast shipping, too! Buy with confidence if you are not near Maine. It is worth it.

Ordering was easy. The order was well packed a speedy. The lobster claw meat (frozen 1lb) looks great will make a bisque later. Same for the (frozen 1lb) crab meat. I was disappointed in the clams. Of the few I ate (9) they were delicious but I had to throw 13 out due to cracked shells.
