I originally ordered through Amazon.com which was a mistake. The people at Mainelobsternow were quick to help replace a spoiled order that really wasn't their fault. The price was really good for 10lbs of colossal king. 11 legs arrived in good condition the following morning. Super happy with the ease of reporting a problem and the speed of getting out a second shipment. A+

Best lobster!

Being a Marylander, I have always sworn by Maryland Blue Crabs. Unable to find any crab meat during the winter that was fresh and not pasteurized, I ordered a pound from Maine Lobster Now. I opened the container and have never smelled such fresh crab meat! I think I will order my seafood from now on out from Maine Lobster Now even when seafood is in season. The grocery stores just do not compare.

Having grown up in New England on the coast north of Boston yet have lived in Colorado for past 28 years, I was TOTALLY EXCITED to have fresh and sweet lobster delivered to us. You can never get the sweet freshness in any lobster when purchased at a local super market in Colorado. But our experience with MAINE LOBSTER NOW was wonderful and we will absolutely be return customers. The lobsters arrived alive and very active - always a good sign. And they were incredibly tasty for a birthday celebration. THANK YOU!

Really disappointed with our recent (first) order. We ordered 3 lbs of Jonah Lump Crab Meat and 2 packages of rolls. The crab came in 6 half pound plastic containers and looked nothing like what was advertised on a Facebook. The large white chunks of meat that were pictured were no where to be found. The meat was “pulverized” as though it had been put through a grinder of some sort...tiny shredded pieces. One of the containers had a hole, the size of a dime, punctured in it. Half of one the packages of rolls were broken into pieces. Making them difficult to use and really took a lot out of the enjoyment of the meal. We expected a lot more from this company and were wholly dissatisfied with what we received. -Tim Snader- Evanston, IL

The response I received was outstanding after some glitches during online ordering apparently due to my not being a US resident. It seems that the online software is not designed to accept orders beyond US borders. The order submitted over the phone received excellent reception and the shipment arrived at the destination on the desired date and the recipients were delighted. What a wonderful surprise it was for my husband to receive this as a Christmas gift from me. It arrived on the correct date and in perfect condition here in Texas. The Lobster Mac-n-cheese was exceptional!! The Clam Chowder was SO good! The lobster dip was yummy! The Lobsters were simply AMAZING! Thank you for making it so easy for a hard to buy for kind of guy! I will definitely order again from here!!
