I’m absolutely amazed by this company. The online support answered every one of my questions and were polite as can be. I ordered 2 pounds of the yellow fin tuna and it shipped fast and arrived in perfect condition. I live in Florida and it’s been hot the past few days but with the time they take with their packaging and the thought they put into it to make sure everything is as fresh as possible It was still ice cold and had no smell or off colors of any kind. I’m so excited to make sushi with it in a few days and I can’t wait to order from here again.

You can tell a good company from a bad company on how they handle a problem. Maine lobster now failed badly. I ordered 3 lobsters. They arrived dead slimy and smelly. No worries the lobsters were GUARANTEED to arrive alive. I was told it was my fault for not buying shipping insurance and they would not honor the GUARANTEE. I didn't care what date they arrived as long as they were alive. So I didn't buy the shipping insurance. The lobsters were GUARANTEED to arrive alive so why buy insurance. I had paid extra for packaging. Not sure how long a lobster can survive out of the water. The website does not say. The lobsters arrived 3 days late. I asked the unhelpful rep was the delay with UPS? "It's not my job". I asked the rep for a refund, he told me he wasn't authorized to give a refund. But he could give me a discount on a future order. NO THANKS. You already cheated me once. I'm not going to let you cheat me again. Don't advertise GUARANTEED live lobster if you don't plan to honor the GUARANTEE. I will be contesting this bill with my credit card company. Maine Lobster Now is guilty of false and misleading advertising. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH COMPANY.

First off the Prices were very reasonable especially given the “sales prices” and Free Shipping on orders over $100 (There is a $15 packaging fee and $6.50 shipping protection fee) these guaranteed the lobsters to arrive alive. All 3 of mine were very alive and very active. 2 of the 3 were actually a bit larger than the given weight threshold the other was spot on, so, I was very very pleased with them. I also ordered the Sea Salt Butter (FABULOUS!!!!) and the red potatoes (Very Nice and perfect quality) and the corn (OMG!!!! DELICIOUS!!!!!!) Seriously the best corn I’ve ever had the pleasure of tasting. Maine Lobster Now will definitely be my go to for future Lobster (and other seafood) orders from now on. Great Job guys! We received a pound of fresh lobster meat from Maine Lobster Now that we ate last night. The "close your eyes" fresh lobster taste test put us right back in the great state of Maine. Our version of Maine's lobster roll had excellent flavor with only sea salted butter brushed along the top. This morning I made an awesome omelette that contained lobster meat, tomatoes and a small amount of cheddar cheese. The folks I worked with at Maine Lobster Now are always willing to discuss their offerings and answer any questions you may have. I suggest a call to them after you receive and taste their food. They have good seafood knowledge, explain their products and truly listen to their customers. Enjoy the taste of seafood from Maine brought to your door.

Just used Maine Lobster Now for the first time two days ago. I called to order rather than using the online ordering and the person I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. I ordered lobsters, steamers and soup and they were delicious! I live in the middle of the country so fresh seafood is costly and not exactly fresh. This was for my wife's birthday and it was great. There were some broken steamers but that was expected given their soft shells, but despite that, I give them 5 stars for taste and service. Also, the free one day shipping for orders over $100 was a nice bonus. I would definitely order again!

The whole process was easy and flawless. Lobsters arrived alive and weight was good. Ordered 3, 2 pounders and all were above 2.25#s. Excellent customer service when I called to inquire about confirmation email that filtered out as spam. Will order again in future. On top of all that lobsters were a great value and delicious.

Steamer Clam's! Our second time around, little small but sweet and salty! Ordered Four pounds, had four cracked - In the 70's we raked our own on Cape Cod, so that's a great harvest. Highly recommend you try them. Be sure to follow the purging instructions this time of year.

Amazing prices!!!! Quick shipping and awesome quality and taste. Bought the Twin Tail dinners for my wife's birthday. She wouldn't have been happier with diamonds! Lol my girl loves get seafood!! Thanks for making her birthday special! Now I can't wait until July for my birthday.

Packaging was good and the fish was very fresh. I was a little disappointed with the SIZE of the Lobster mac n cheese. Seriously, it was amazing, but the smallest package was really only enough for one person. I thought that was rather expensive for the size. However, the quality was very good and I WILL order more fish!

My fresh meat was delivered and cold water thawed, but was very chewy. I called and told them, and they claimed they would make it up for me on the next order. Eric L. Maryland

This is my second order in a short of period of time 2 3lb lobsters and 5bs of steamer clams. Mainlobsternow has the greatest customer service and once again the food was FRESH and absolutely DELICIOUS all ready looking forward for my next order, i will never again buy new england sea food locally again from now on only from mainelobsternow.com only thing i would like to see added to their list is qt size shucked whole belle clams for frying ThanksGuys for such excellent service

I ordered 2 lobsters and 3lb King Crab legs and was very impressed. Delivered on alive and on time and kept well in the packaging about 8hrs in the refrigerator. The lobster was meaty and delicious, and the king crab legs put the icing on the cake. Best I've had.

I ordered from them the lobsters did not arrive the first time but theY resent the order and I loved the lobster the 3 LB was huge and the tails were enormous I didn’t care for the seafood chowder more fish then seafood but customer service was excellent will order again

My order arrived quickly! Crab 🦀 legs were delicious. Clams arrived broken. I should have heeded reviews about broken clams. You need to come up with better packaging for clams and lobsters.

I had never used this company so I was taking a chance when I placed my order. The ordering was easy they reassured me the lobsters would be alive when they arrived. The order was going to Alaska to my family as a gift. It was delivered as I requested and the recipient was thrilled when they arrived. I ordered salmon from the company and I have to tell you it is absolutely delicious! There is NOTHING like fresh seafood. The taste, the smell and even the look. A great company. The food came very fast (well I am in Connecticut) and frozen. Will definitely purchase again.

Fair price, quick delivery, but poor packaging. Lobster tails in thin ziplocks and crab meat broke thru the thin plastic. No response from company. I put my jerky in better Cryo bac than this high dollar stuff.... After your reply I emailed again, still no reply. I refuse to call to be put on hold when you are the problem. You need to call and follow up when your customers email you. Simple customer service....
