Yet again they fail to deliver on time This has now happened last 3 times I have ordered from them I paid for next day delivery, was phoned with an excuse on the day (Friday) and promised delivery for Monday Guess what? My items turned up Tuesday Cost me money plus left me embarrassed with my client Don't use this firm if you need to meet a deadline Products are fine customer service non existent

Easy to use website to order and generally very good service and support when issues are encountered. My only issue is that even small orders are delivered in more than 1 delivery rather than all at once and that there have been items missing on my last few orders. This is very quickly sorted once they have been contacted though.
