Very good company and very helpfull

Unacceptable delivery performance We ordered some cardboard boxes on line Friday the 21st July 2017. They were shown as in-stock and due to an urgent business requirement, selected the "next business day" delivery option. When they didn't arrive on the Monday - 24th July 2017, we contacted the customer support number and were advised the order had been missed as a "next business day" service by the warehouse. Furthermore, we were advised they would be delivered the following day being Tuesday 25th July 2017. It is now Wednesday 26th July 2017 and the order has still not arrived.

Excellent service
Its disappointing when I order packaging for my new spirit business that is marked as 'In Stock' on the website but having placed the order I then receive an email explaining that its out of stock and I now have to wait 2 weeks for it to be dispatched. Now my first customers will have to wait reflecting badly on me and my business. I might suggest also that your own shipping charges are 'punchy' at best..

Easy to order from and arrived quickly.
Quick service and when my order was duplicated because the website timed out and I mistakenly placed the order twice, the duplicate order was cancelled on the day of delivery and a refund sent through. Good service.
